“Unfortunately I was rear ended by someone. Fortunately I already knew where I was going. As long as people keep hitting my car, I’ll keep going to Hatton. Paul and his crew are amazing. Just be realistic with your expectations. Some people think it’s same day service to get body work done. Both times I’ve been, Paul was honest about the timeline and it hasn’t been more than a week for the damage I had.”

“I had a very good experience at this location. They were able to schedule me for an estimate within days of my accident. After the estimate was done, they took my car in within three or four days. It took almost 3 weeks for the repair. I was notified and updated via text and phone the entire time on the progress. Derek was very helpful and informative. The day I was supposed to pick my car up there was some last-minute issues and they were able to resolve them quickly. I feel that they did a very good job with the repair.”

“I was installing Stage 1 FFD injectors when I damaged an injector cup cleaning the bore. It was 30 minutes before they closed and I called to rent the injector cup tool from Phillip. Being my truck was down, I was in a bind. I expressed that to Phillip and he took the injector extra effort and his time to drop off the package at ups after hours due to his shipments for the day having been picked up.
This extraordinary amount stray effort is hard to find these days! Thanks again Phillip!”

“I always have a great service Experience when I go to advance auto on Broad Street in Murfreesboro. Wesley was so helpful and friendly and kind. My headlights went out and I had to drive from Manchester. I didn’t want people to think I was driving a motorcycle so I kept my high beams on until I got to Murfreesboro. Th high beams irritated everybody else. I made it to Advance.Auto and Wesley helped me find the right headlight bulbs, he replaced them for me, he was friendly and kind. I want to give a shout out to tell Wesley. He is the best.”
