“I just have to write a review and I am the type of person that never does reviews but Blake at JW’s Collision Center he will completely walk you through everything and he’ll get you where you need to be. I have a Honda 2020 and I ran into the side of a trailer and I went to another collision center and they tried to say it was total completely out all because of a dent in the side of the door regardless of any of that I went straight to JW‘s for a second opinion, he talked to my insurance argued with them and got me where I need to be so if you have any kind of collision Issues definitely go see them and ask for Blake”

“I had a minor accident in Alabama and had my car towed to the Dodge dealership there. My car needed a new wheel and tire. 30 days later I went to pick it up and drove the hundreds of miles home. My boyfriend took one look at it and told me they put a wheel on that didn't fit the tire! My insurance gave me the name of this local shop and they were able to get the correct wheel and fixed my car right up within a few days! They were so kind, honest, and do wonderful work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local body shop! Also, Farm Bureau deserves a shout out for handling this entire mess so wonderfully!”

“Tyler and his team at B&B are excellent to work with. We have a T880 that has had an issue with the ac working. We had taken it to 4 other shops previously none of them figured it out. B&B took the time and diagnosed the exact issue and repaired the truck. Fair prices, honest people, and very good communication. I recommend using this business for any truck repair needs. We will definitely be using them again.”

“I want to give a big thank you to JR at AutoZone for the outstanding help! Toyota quoted me $330 just to replace a light bulb. I stopped by AutoZone, and JR quickly identified the problem and helped me fix the exact same issue for less than $30. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly helpful. JR saved me a lot of money and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be coming back to AutoZone for my future automotive needs. Highly recommend JR and this AutoZone location. Thank you again!”

“I went in there today to talk about my AC after going and getting serviced at Valvoline on South Rutherford. Spoke with a man named Jonathan D. at the SE Broad location and we both came to the conclusion that something was still wrong bc my ac was still blowing warm.. After a few minutes with him and checking the pressure in my AC we realized it was still like nothing was done. So we put our heads together as a team and came to the conclusion I needed to put some freon in the service port and within a couple of minutes after recharging the system. It blows beautifully cold now. So id like to give a shout out to Jonathan D. for being such a teammate and helping me get it working again.”

“The staff at this location consistently demonstrates exceptional product knowledge and a high level of professionalism. As a frequent customer, I regularly purchase accessories for my new vehicle. I observed a female assisting me this afternoon under challenging weather conditions. I was told they're not allowed to wear shorts up front, but drivers could. Given the current dangerous heat index, I recommend a review of the uniform policy regarding shorts, particularly for employees who frequently transition between indoor and outdoor environments to serve customers. I consistently receive outstanding service from Jessie and Lindy, and I appreciate their dedication. My pet also enjoys their interactions with these team members.”

“I had a great experience at the Advance Auto Parts on Broad Street. Yesterday, while driving home, I realized I had no brake lights and needed a brake light switch as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the store was out of stock, but Stephanie went above and beyond to help. She even called a competitor to see if they had the part, just to make sure I could get back on the road. When she found a better option, she ordered the part for me, and it arrived exactly when she said it would. Not only was it about $40 less expensive than the competitor’s price, but the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. What started as a stressful and inconvenient situation turned into a great customer service experience because of Stephanie. She kept her word, got me the part on time, and had me in and out in no time. Employees like Stephanie are the reason people come back. Thank you for making a frustrating day much easier!”
