“I just have to write a review and I am the type of person that never does reviews but Blake at JW’s Collision Center he will completely walk you through everything and he’ll get you where you need to be. I have a Honda 2020 and I ran into the side of a trailer and I went to another collision center and they tried to say it was total completely out all because of a dent in the side of the door regardless of any of that I went straight to JW‘s for a second opinion, he talked to my insurance argued with them and got me where I need to be so if you have any kind of collision Issues definitely go see them and ask for Blake”

“My company has been using Lawrence glass for as long as I can remember. Will is the most respectful, polite and friendly person you will probably ever come in contact with and they got a solid group of techs there. Anytime we call them they send a tech out within the hour. Techs are always very thorough at what they do and always clean up after themselves. I would recommend this company to any one need glass replacement.”

“Bought a used Jeep and was concerned with the suspension lift needing to be "checked" out. Went by their shop thinking I may need to leave the Jeep and pay at least an hour fee. Didn't happen. “I was in Murfreesboro visiting my mom (I live an hour away) and my car died at her apartments .. an oreilly member came TO ME and jumped me off , & when I bought a new battery from Landon , he installed it quickly & let me know that the owner before me had bypassed a few things🙄 . But he fixed me up and I avoided twice the amount getting towed home - and this is why I shop with oreillys no matter where I am 🫶🏼 love love love”

“They recently repaired my wife’s vehicle. The “preferred” body shop that insurance recommended were all the local big chains. We felt like a local shop would do better. We are very happy we chose Clark’s! They did an amazing job! The owner even gave me his cellphone number to text since he’s not around the office phone when he’s in the shop. If we ever need other body or collision repairs done, this will be where we go! The paint match to a 10 year old car was also spot on!”

“I needed a custom color made & put in spray can. James spent a lot of time with me to get it right. I appreciate that and it just goes to show how much they care about their customers! Next I was going to paint the hood & roof of my 4runner with spray cans. Instead of just taking my money, Martin told me it would be so much easier to use a proper sprayer and even walked me through every step. “I just picked my car up and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! They finished the work on my vehicle faster than originally planned, which was such a nice surprise. My car honestly looks almost brand new again.
The communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and the customer service was top-notch. They kept me updated regularly and made everything stress-free.

“I had a minor accident in Alabama and had my car towed to the Dodge dealership there. My car needed a new wheel and tire. 30 days later I went to pick it up and drove the hundreds of miles home. My boyfriend took one look at it and told me they put a wheel on that didn't fit the tire! My insurance gave me the name of this local shop and they were able to get the correct wheel and fixed my car right up within a few days! They were so kind, honest, and do wonderful work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local body shop! Also, Farm Bureau deserves a shout out for handling this entire mess so wonderfully!”
“I had an issue with my radiator hose today which was shutting down my car. Being elderly the ladies there went out of their making me comfortable until my son could get there. By that time they had run a diagnostic on the code and fixed the problem. The top radiator hose was not connected from a prior service at Valvoline which caused this and more antifreeze. My sincere thanks to these ladies. I give them 5 stars.”
