We have been doing business with UCFCU folks for over a year now. They may not have ALL the services of a large conglomerate Bank. However, their service and response is second to none. When we opened our account in Clarkrange, Kenzie was friendly, courteous and competent. They continue to be friendly, courteous and competent every time we stop to make a withdrawal to obtain funds in any denomination, or conduct any business. Anytime I have requested information through their online Banking message service, they have responded, quickly, courteously and with accurate information. Thank you Shayna and Christy. They get back to you even if they have to do some research. When they converted to a new website, everything went smoothly. But, what I like most is that they communicate extremely well when they know there is going to be an issue of maintenance or planned outage. So, we plan appropriately. The UCFCU can't be responsible once they notify me that there will be a down period. I am responsible for planning to have my own funds available to conduct my own business. Big Banks have their issues as well. We appreciate the job UCFCU staff do to protect our funds, and administer our finances. They are decent folks, doing a great job for us, and we really are thankful to have a small town Credit Union available. Thank you UCFCU for doing the job you do, day in and day out for us. Your efforts on our behalf enhances our quality of life. Simply, Thank you.

Debit card only works half the time. They wouldn't let my employer deposit my check! All around ridiculous excuse for a bank I would recommend go anywhere but here!!

Had an issue when their system was down for maintenance. I couldn't use my debit card anywhere and couldn't get anyone on the phone at any of their locations to fix this issue. Can't log in to their app to access my account. VERY frustrating to say the least!

This is the absolute best place we have ever done business. Great people & great rates! Really wished they would open a branch in Jamestown, Tn. They would gain a lot more banking business by doing so!
