“We needed to have work done on our personal vehicle and rented a minivan while ours was in the shop. Turned out our vehicle was in the shop an extra day; it was easy to extend our rental for one day.Our car wasn't quite ready when the deadline to return the rental was looming. I drove the rental back while hubby waited at the shop for our vehicle to have a final inspection.While waiting at Enterprise, the manager asked if I'd like a ride to the shop. Wow, even though that is something they do, I had forgotten that, and I was prepared to sit and wait for hubby to pick me up.Thanks for the ride to the shop, it saved us a trip.Well done Garrett!!!We have rented from this location before and will do so again in the future.Thanks for great service and a wide selection to choose from.”

“This is a wonderful family business. James helped me at the front desk and went beyond my expectations today. Yes, I read the negative reviews and was prepared for the worst. I would like to point out that they are closed on the weekends. When booking online, you can’t accidentally book a pick up or return on a weekend day. On the front door to the establishment, hours are posted there as well. And lastly, they will tell you that over the phone if you are trying to get a rental. That being said, I am not sure why or how anyone would be confused about this. Anyway, when I arrived to pick up my car, James was with another customer. So right away I was able to see him in action. He was training another employee, answering the phone, and taking care of customers in a very professional and polite way. As soon as he got to me, I was treated with the same outstanding service. I’m glad I didn’t need to post a negative review!”

“Been going to this location frequently for rentals over the last couple weeks. Amazing customer service from the front desk, no hassle drop off and no random charges. As a frequent Hertz/Enterprise user, this is my favorite location so far! Not sure why the reviews seem to be leaning towards the negative, as my experience has always been great. Thanks Hertz for having great employees at this location!”
