While most interactions are positive, there is a mention that one staff member can have a bad attitude, and some customers feel the final rental price can be higher than initially discussed. Many have paid off multiple items without problems.
From start to finish with the Clarksville RAC on Providence it was a great experience. Alyssa went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and the two gentlemen who both delivered and picked up the bed were so professional and polite! I would 100% recommend this store and plan on using them again.
