My room was clean and very comfortable, and customer service was A+. My kids' only disappointment was the pool. The pool area was cold and the water even colder, assumingly due to Winter Storm Fern. I was simply thankful for heat and electricity after being on the road all day!

Rooms were clean. Bed was actually pretty comfortable. Bathroom was clean. No heated pool. We called to verify and they said it was 85. I may have been 65-70. Heater is not working correctly. Breakfast was decent. Its not far off the interstate which was nice. Decent size workout room.
