“This might be random but I was so impressed by the diaper changing station in the women’s restroom. It was sturdy, comfy, clean and the trash was easily accessible. Way to go!”
“Clean store, lots of inventory. Good prices for the most part. The only downside is the wait in line, there needs to be an additional checkout into the mall entrance for those who are shopping in Ross Dress for less, but wanting to also shop other stores in the mall, would help with the long lines also.”

“After leaving the Hopkinsville location after being treated like garbage, from the manager no less, I went to this location and I was treated with respect, they even took me back to the employees only area where the ducks were kept and the gentleman let me look at them for 5 minutes straight until I decided which ones I wanted. Great experience!! The Hopkinsville Manager Sandy needs to get retrained by real customer service professionals like the Wilma Store has.”
“There are really good prices. Some things are outdated or not in season, but you can buy them for NEXT season. It's still reasonable, and I did a lot of Christmas shopping there. So it was helpful!”

“This is for the bakery specifically lol. I share everyone's sentiment about a majority of the workers being creeps minus about 3 and I wish I knew their names because they go above and beyond for me every time, but I digress.
The young man working the bakery has phenomenal customer service. He listened to what I wanted and delivered and not only that the cakes are delicious for a good price. I was so impressed with their work. This is the second cake for my son's birthday I've bought and I haven't been disappointed yet. I got tired of driving to Hilltop but now I don't think I'll ever go back. Great job, guys.”

“Good store, usually has 98% of the grocery only items we need. It's not far from the house, not usually super busy, easy to navigate and makes it simple to run in and out when needed.”
“My friend and I closed the store out, since the holiday hours went until midnight. Good selection of coats and reasonable selection of clothes in general. Biggest bummer was that the dressing rooms were not open, but we didn’t really have a problem trying the stuff on over the clothes we already had. Mainly would’ve been nice just to get a better idea of what things looked like without other clothes on underneath.”
“There is an extremely kind lady (who was previously a manager in the Hopkinsville store) who is very helpful, knowledgeable ,and an all around great person! She actually remembered me from the Hopkinsville store and I was surprised considering the amount of customers she sees. The whole staff is very friendly and eager to help get you the best deals.”

“This was our first time visiting the Kohl’s in Clarksville. The store was clean and product was plentiful and easy to find. My husband and I found 4 items each. I did not bring my Kohl’s card with me but the service member, Lisa helped us with putting our purchases on account as well as redeeming various rewards and discounts. I think all retail stores should train associates to give the kind of service that we received from Lisa today. She is a true asset! I will shop this Kohls again…thank you Lisa!”
