“So I purchased a Samsung dishwasher @ Lowes 16 months ago and it crapped out on me. Don't want to get into the extended protection plan as I did purchase one, but that is a whole other story. My neighbors suggested that I check out BuyLow Appliance & More before purchasing a new Bosch dishwasher through a big box store again. Words cannot express how pleased I am and glad that they suggested this! I purchased a Bosch 500 Series dishwasher normally priced $1,300 at any big box store, and thanks to a tiny little blemish that took me forever to find, I paid a little over half the price! Furthermore, I still get the one year factory warranty, and peace of mind knowing that I can go straight to them with any problem whatsoever. The owner is extremely nice, and Alex their manager is just as nice too! Screw big box stores! If I can help it, I will only buy from them from here on out. They have a no pressure approach, extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and go above and beyond every step of the way! Can you say that about your last trip to any other Big box store? Not to also mention, you're helping support small business owners! The backbone of our country is small business owners, and I am thrilled that I got a great deal and got to support the small business owner. If I can give them 10 stars, I would give them 10! Thank you all so much for the amazing experience, I will be back to make future purchases!”

“I love T-mobile. I've had their service for many years now and have no complaints. I get service pretty much every where I go, and love how fast my phone internet is. I like that I'm able to setup payment arrangements if need be. You know how life can throw some curve balls at you sometimes. Anytime I have went into a retail store the employees have always been super nice, very informative, and work fast. Some are really easy to talk to and crack jokes with you. The employees make you feel heard and like family. I love the fact that they don't push extra sales on me when I don't need them. Highly recommend going to this store. The employee that helped my husband and I was amazing. We upgraded 3 phones, turned off service for a tablet line that’s never used, upgraded our service plan due to it being a grandfather plan, traded in 2 phones, had a great promotional offer added that was going on, got Netflix for free, no down payment for our phones or activation fees due to the amazing promotion, and had a great time there while doing it. All the employees here are amazing and super friendly. The store was super clean as well. The general environment there was awesome. All in all, great company, great service, great employees, and awesome phones.”

“I went and purchased the T-Mobile 5G Gateway. The lady helped me tremendously. She actually took it out of the box and set everything up for me and had it running before I left the store. All I had to do was take it back out of the box when I got home and plugged it in. All I had to do was wait for the signal and connect my devices. She avoided any type of trouble shooting I may have encountered if I had taken it home and set it up myself..”
“I've always been an Android user for life, but I recently made the switch to an iPhone. Well, it goes without saying that I was totally oblivious of many of the settings, features, and other things. The representatives were outstanding and went above and beyond to assist me with any questions, problems, or concerns. I couldn’t have asked for greater customer service. I didn’t want to appear annoying, and came twice in one day to ask for assistance. I was reassured that "it was no problem!" The representative, Anna, is an absolute delight; she is such a nice, polite, and patient young lady. She took care to fix my mistakes and was of huge assistance, especially when it came to re-connecting my car to Apple CarPlay. Anna, YOU ROCK!!!! I’m forever grateful for your help, professionalism and kindness. ❤️? All the representatives are phenomenal.”

“The staff here is great. They always treat me reasonably, and will make a deal if they can when I'm purchasing something. Re: those reviews criticizing their low offers when selling to the shop - They're a business. Their job is to make money for the business. If you don't like what they're offering, sell it on Facebook or the swap meet. They give you the low, cash-in-hand price, then try to double their money. It's not a secret.”
