“The folks here are awfully nice. I ordered new tires and they came in just when they said they would. I got 4 new tires, balanced and a front end alignment all within an hour (I think, I was so engrossed in this great book about the Marines that they had on the table that I wasn't watching the clock). I will be going back for other services.”

“The team was great and welcoming. The manager was on site and made it a point to stop and say hello. I’ve used Valvoline for years and this was definitely one of the best experiences I had at any of the many Valvoline stores I’ve visited. I felt so welcomed that I actually bought an added service that was offered by JT. He was chill non-pressured but you could tell he was just doing his job and doing it well. The manager was out there helping the staff and reminded them, “hey guys don’t forget Subaru is a required e-vac” this ensures the quality and reliability of the team. I appreciate a leader that can get into the thick of it with other team members. Keep up the good work!”
“I went to get an oil change and received so much more care than just care maintenance. My 3 year old daughter was very hot in the back seat waiting for the oil change (had to turn off the car) and all the top ups. A lady came by with a cold cloth and pressed it on her and another with a popsicle to cool her off while we waited. With this type of customer service I will definitely be coming back! This was definitely above an beyond my expectations.”

“I see now why these people are called the temu car mechanics. These people mess up on just basic maintenance. The other day I go in for an oil change and tire rotation. Sounds normal, right?
Well come to find out the new oil filter they installed was not properly and entirely sealed. So I get in my car to leave my parents house and, I shit you not, as I backup I see this giant puddle of oil sitting in their driveway.
Luckily my dad carries spare oil since he does it himself and was able to help me, love ya pops.
Anyway these people damn near cost me my engine with their fumble. I'm gonna start doing it my damn self at this point or go to ACTUAL mechanics
Update: I took it in and they gave me a free oil change to fix the problem of my oil indicator so I'm glad they are at least courteous”

“All the personnel are professional and friendly. As far as I know, the issue has been fixed. Usually I take my car elsewhere because your prices are higher than other places and being a senior I have to go with the cheapest price. This time though your alignment was cheaper. Matt always gives me a discount so I and appreciate that. My car is really old so having a warranty isn’t as important because I never know when the engine or transmission will go out…original on both.”
