“Alternator had gone out on the highway. Got towed to Gateway as I have always dealt with this location. I had some other electrical issues they had to isolate. They also kept my truck on the lot for.the week I and my family were on vacation out of state at no additional cost! Parts labor and all plus a week on the lot for less than a 1k! Great people, great service!”

I've been to others in Clarksville and around here and they seem flaky. at this location. they're always nice. they have several people helping you and always show you how your oils looking. fill up your tires if need be and other stuff and recommend other maintenance as needed. “First of all, I wanto to thank C&S Auto for being one of the extremely few, if not the only one, auto shops that work on foreign and luxury vehicles. Y'all being located in Clarksville has saved me several times from driving all the way to Nashville for a repair trip. Secondly, I want to thank them for not taking advantage of this fact and charging outrageous prices or taking advantage of people's ignorance of vehicles and using scare tactics to make them purchase more or faking problems to create unnecessary work and charging them. Earl and his team of highly skilled and trained mechanics do exactly what they're paid to do-fix car issues and be honest with their advice to their customers. They will be very transparent with their advice while still leaving the decision to you to make the repair or not. I could not speak more highly of this company and its' employees there. I think most people on here who talk bad about this shop have no business owning a high cost vehicle and then get mad at the shop when they can't afford the maintenance because they have zero money management skills. This is completely unfair. If you want a convenient location and a very knowledgeable and courteous, but fair, customer service, this is the shop for you.”

“Amazing service!! We had both cars serviced (oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades replaced, headlight replaced, and fuel line cleaned out) yesterday.The total time spent was about 1.5 hours. I've spent almost 4-5 hours waiting for basic service at a dealership here.We were extremely happy with the amount of work we were able to get done in a short amount of time. This place is efficient and effective!! Highly recommend!!”
