“The folks here are awfully nice. I ordered new tires and they came in just when they said they would. I got 4 new tires, balanced and a front end alignment all within an hour (I think, I was so engrossed in this great book about the Marines that they had on the table that I wasn't watching the clock). I will be going back for other services.”

“All the personnel are professional and friendly. As far as I know, the issue has been fixed. Usually I take my car elsewhere because your prices are higher than other places and being a senior I have to go with the cheapest price. This time though your alignment was cheaper. Matt always gives me a discount so I and appreciate that. My car is really old so having a warranty isn’t as important because I never know when the engine or transmission will go out…original on both.”

“Fast, efficient service. The guy who helped service my vehicle was kind and courteous. Honest with what I needed and kept me informed every step of the way. As a woman, it's nice to know I can get my car serviced without someone trying to take advantage of me simply because I am female. I will continue bringing my vehicle here. Thank you again.”

“Crew here seems solid. Sounds like they’re under new management and the new manager was professional and helpful. Sounds like this location had a bit of a rough patch but from my visit it seems like he’s turning things around. Earned themselves a repeat customer.”

“I went to get an oil change and received so much more care than just care maintenance. My 3 year old daughter was very hot in the back seat waiting for the oil change (had to turn off the car) and all the top ups. A lady came by with a cold cloth and pressed it on her and another with a popsicle to cool her off while we waited. With this type of customer service I will definitely be coming back! This was definitely above an beyond my expectations.”

“Went in for an oil change today, and had amazing service. They are pretty efficient for how busy it was. Every time I go they are super friendly and we always chat about cars. Took in another one of my cars for a bolt issue the same day and the manager on the repair side was super friendly and willing to help me out with my problem. Explained everything he did to help out. 10/10 on both the oil change side and repair side, the management there is great too (I didn’t get their names but they’re awesome)! Will be bringing my cars back soon!”

“The team was great and welcoming. The manager was on site and made it a point to stop and say hello. I’ve used Valvoline for years and this was definitely one of the best experiences I had at any of the many Valvoline stores I’ve visited. I felt so welcomed that I actually bought an added service that was offered by JT. He was chill non-pressured but you could tell he was just doing his job and doing it well. The manager was out there helping the staff and reminded them, “hey guys don’t forget Subaru is a required e-vac” this ensures the quality and reliability of the team. I appreciate a leader that can get into the thick of it with other team members. Keep up the good work!”

“First of all, I wanto to thank C&S Auto for being one of the extremely few, if not the only one, auto shops that work on foreign and luxury vehicles. Y'all being located in Clarksville has saved me several times from driving all the way to Nashville for a repair trip. Secondly, I want to thank them for not taking advantage of this fact and charging outrageous prices or taking advantage of people's ignorance of vehicles and using scare tactics to make them purchase more or faking problems to create unnecessary work and charging them. Earl and his team of highly skilled and trained mechanics do exactly what they're paid to do-fix car issues and be honest with their advice to their customers. They will be very transparent with their advice while still leaving the decision to you to make the repair or not. I could not speak more highly of this company and its' employees there. I think most people on here who talk bad about this shop have no business owning a high cost vehicle and then get mad at the shop when they can't afford the maintenance because they have zero money management skills. This is completely unfair. If you want a convenient location and a very knowledgeable and courteous, but fair, customer service, this is the shop for you.”

“Heath and team did a fantastic job on my 2001 Dodge Ram. Got new break lines, master cylinder and new tires. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and a friendly team. Had a chance to meet the owner and that solidified my future business. Extremely personable and well versed in working on diesels. Thank you Integrity Auto!”

“Luis was the man! He helped us every step of the way and went many extra miles to help us with the insurance and warranty company, which was a typical headache. Our pillar cover flew off and needed to be replaced and had a gasket leak. Everything is perfect. Excited to have this dealership as our new place to get work done.”

“I see now why these people are called the temu car mechanics. These people mess up on just basic maintenance. The other day I go in for an oil change and tire rotation. Sounds normal, right? Well come to find out the new oil filter they installed was not properly and entirely sealed. So I get in my car to leave my parents house and, I shit you not, as I backup I see this giant puddle of oil sitting in their driveway. Luckily my dad carries spare oil since he does it himself and was able to help me, love ya pops. Anyway these people damn near cost me my engine with their fumble. I'm gonna start doing it my damn self at this point or go to ACTUAL mechanics Update: I took it in and they gave me a free oil change to fix the problem of my oil indicator so I'm glad they are at least courteous”

“It was very awesome. I had to get an oil change. I'm from New York and I was in Tennessee and it felt like my home Walmart's here in Albion so I was very very pleased with the service and the employees here are all very friendly”
