A mistake had been made at that store; in their efforts to help me with a part for my car, they accidentally gave me the wrong item and kept the original packaging, complicating my return in TN when the part wasn't quite right. Tabitha informed me of the policies AutoZone enforces with returns that don't have their original packaging but helped me fix the mistake due to the context of the situation. I was very grateful for her time and effort in resolving my issue. Very appreciative of her and this store!”
