“I have used this place twice now to fix two different pets. They really care for all of the animals! They also keep you updated and posted as to what's happening, whether the pet is in recovery and how they're doing and what time to expect to pick them up. Very friendly people would definitely recommend if you need a pet that needs to be fixed Plus you can do all the annual shots cleaning of the ears nail trim you can get medication through them the list is endless! I'm thankful that we have a service like this in our county. ❤”

“Kim saves the day again... also Quinton.... I apologize if I miss spelled that. Thank you Kim for 10 years of hard work. Christopher thanks for being kind and talking you still made the day even if you forgot the appliance spray. If you didnt i would have got to see some military buddies. That's the great thing about Rural King is on the weekends it's filled with everyyyyyone. I wish the popcorn maker wasn't down but I still enjoyed my shopping. Keep striving and serving you inspire others. Kim become a manager already... maybe you are but you deserve a raise.”

“We broke down with our horses nearby and they were great about letting us water the horses and taking care of us while we waited for US Rider to send a tow truck. Highly recommend Jones Brothers who also took excellent care of us. I think every single one of them is a horse person.”

“Very cleaning and organized. Super friendly staff and managers. Wish big Corp would give military discounts for our military community here in Clarksville TN / Fort Campbell KY - As someone 100% supporting our military town, I am very disappointed- it's a shame they stopped doing it! Otherwise would give 5 instead of 4 stars.”

“I didn’t buy anything but wanted to give 5 stars for Karina. My child wanted to just look at some of the fish and snakes, and we never felt pressured to buy anything or rushed. Karina even shared some snake education with us and let us pet a beautiful banana python which absolutely made my child’s day. Thank you for a great experience! When it’s a right time for us to add another forever pet we’d love to come back. The anemones were really cool too, I’d never seen such healthy/active ones in a store before”

“I am personally not a fan from puppies in cages. But the dogs and all other animals looked very healthy. The workers there are very invested in their jobs and super helpful.”
