They have rescheduled my grooming apt because they do not have reliable groomers who actually show up to work. Best to schedule somewhere else.

I only gave it to one star because zero wasn’t an option
I brought my pet to Petsmart, to be groomed …bathed and toes to be clipped. She came back, looking worse than she went in no bath still dirty all over .., her eyes and dirty. They did an awful job. They’ll never see my pet ever again.

Grooming...Do not book here and if you do, avoid 'Lori T". I called in to see if I could bring my shih tzu puppy in to have some small facial trimming done around his eyes to see better. Online this is considered a walk-in service (Touch-up) but it is suggested to call ahead just to be sure. After speaking with the receptionist, I was advised to come in around 1pm to have my services completed and the cost was around $30.00. (Mind you, PetSmart has a promotional "Yappy-Hour" at 2pm for walk-in services, this was not offered nor mentioned) Anyways, I arrived shortly after 1pm... 1:10pm to be exact and the receptionist proceeds to tell me "Well, since your appointment was at 1pm, your groomer went to lunch".. There was no call, no text, no warning....After 10 minutes not even 15. And in order to be seen I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. So, I left. I took my puppy across to Petco where they only charged $10 and took care of my walk-in immediately without hesitation. Additionally, as soon as I walked into Petco it was 1000% more cleaner. PetSmart smells awful.

Bought $70 worth of fish for a new tank yesterday. Only 3 fish (out of 11) still alive. All water parameters are correct in our tank. Don't waste money on fish here. ( There were also multiple tanks that had dead fish in them, we probably should have taken that as a sign.)

WE LOVE BAILEY!! Chewy has been seeing Bailey for grooming for a little over two years now and she never disappoints. She is so kind, very attentive, and we always leave happy! Bailey is for sure our forever groomer!

Grooming... be careful when you make an appointment....they will ask what meds your dogs are on, then you will get a precheck the night before where you will be asked what meds they are on....then upon arrival be turned away because they don't accept dogs while on that med. Beyond frustrated...

Very poor maintenance of the rest rooms. Corporation makes plenty of money, they can refurbish their bathrooms.
