“We have recently switched pharmacy’s from Walgreens…. From the moment of the initial call to make sure they were accepting new fills and I spoke to Valerie I knew I found a gem!!!! Their hours are very unique and will take some time adjusting to…we had shown up like 5 min after business close and they actually waited to fill our prescriptions!!!!! Our family is very happy to get away from the major chain pharmacy and support a local chain!!!! Thanks yall for being a gem!!!! “Walmart Associates at Tiny Town Road are exceptional in awareness of assisting customers upon inquiry as to where items are located. Technology is utilized to locate the item. The store is clean and well organized and the associates greet you as you leave during check out. They do not avoid you. Great customer service is the key to loss prevention as well as preferred and returning customers. A pleasant shopping experience is equal to a happy shopper.”
“There was a shooting on christmas eve at this walmart. The lead pharmacist stayed to make sure her patients were able to get their medications. We had to go to the dover road pharmacy due to the shooting. She sent my prescription over to the other pharmacy immediately. When we went to pick it up, the woman at dover road charged us full price for my medications even though I have insurance. The lead pharmacists at my original walmart literally spent months begging to get a reimbursement for me. She put her job on the line just to get my reimbursement. I didn't even ask her to do this. She was doing this because she knew it was the right thing to do. I absolutely love all of the staff at this pharmacy. They're always so thoughtful, caring, and kind. I have no intentions of ever going to a different pharmacy. Thank you for the wonderful job you all do everyday! Your hard work is greatly appreciated.”

The Medicine Shoppe on Madison Street is one example that we recently visited. It’s been locally owned by Katrina Sykes for 10 years, and their team, Connie, Mark, Brenna, Ivy, and Chloe, is known for being friendly and helpful to customers who come through their doors.
They work with most insurance companies, offer a convenient drive-through, and even carry a selection of locally made gifts and everyday essentials inside.
It is always encouraging to see LOCAL businesses keeping our community strong and healthy. If you stop by The Medicine Shoppe Let Katrina and the rest of their staff know LOCAL said hi!”
“Wendy and Roger are amazing! Aside from that; your other pharmacy techs are straight trash. Member service, let alone customer service is non existent. Especially if you're a member of the LGBTQ+ community. Or if you're not originally from Clarksville OR if they think that you're not originally from here.
Funny how being transgender gets me treated differently at this specific pharmacy.
Bottom line, if it wasn't for Wendy and Roger, I'd already have my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy.

“OK so do you think bars are high in protein and they taste delicious I absolutely love them under three bucks they are very filling and do not have a nasty chalky taste! And then one of my favorite guilty pleasures Kit Kat they have the big kit kats here and let me tell you they are huge I always come to this Walgreens to pick up my prescription and they are always super fast getting my prescription”

“No appointment necessary, for passport photos.Recommendations;*Black, or dark colored top*Stud earrings, but not something that is over the top.*Ladies do your make up ( not over the top, but something you will look like normally)*Hair will need to be back of your shoulders, so curl your hair so your face doesn't look so unappealing.After all ladies we do want a nice passport photo were stuck with for long term.Men- you could cover up and pimples, or make sure you've got a fresh shave, tailored hair and lips with chap stick, yes if they are dry it does pick up on the photo.Babies*Black,or dark colors*They will have to lay your child down on a white towel for newborns, under 2years old, I recommend you bring in your own.*Make sure your baby is alert, so that your child's eyes are able to be clearly seen on camera.Prices have gone UP, now $18 last time I got a passport photo was $13, so there's been an increase.Should your photos not get approved they will do your photos again free of charge.I had to get myself and my children done and I highly recommend that you get your children done first so your children don't have to wait on you. Photo printing is fast, the gentleman that works behind the counter was very kind to take mine more than once due to my hair being wild.Regardless of whether a child or adult photo charge is the same.”

“I love this Sam's club. The customer service is wonderful. It was pouring rain so the employee asked me if I would like him to watch my cart so I could go get my car without getting all of my stuff wet. Then he offered to help me transfer everything from my cart to my car. The store is right in the middle of the busy part of town, 20 minutes from where I live but it is well worth it for this kind of customer service. It is also very easy to shop. There are many registers open at a time so you never have to wait in long for too long. Returning items back to the store is also very simple and stress free. There is lots of parking so no problem there. Really have never had any problems with anything here at all. I highly recommend shopping here.”
