“I have never had a bad experience with pick up at this Walmart. The employees are always so nice and helpful. My only dislike is the self check out items in store. It seems like they have more of them than the regular checkouts. Other than that its a very good Walmart. One of the best ones I've seen in a very long time. I will continue to do pick up there.”
“I am writing this SOLELY because of Jasmine working tonight. 12/27/22. I placed an order for delivery and spent 30 minutes on hold, looking to see if someone could substitute/add something to my order that I had noticed was unavailable. I had to stay home from work today due to illness but my two young kids still needed to eat. Jasmine, did communicate the delivery services were inundated with orders, and while I understood, she simply apologized, went to check for a substitution for me, thanked me for understanding and wished me a good night.I visit this marketplace often, due to proximity, and although it is not always pleasant with employees who can’t seem to be bothered with anything outside of a task they have at hand-Jasmine really came through for my family today.
