“The whole team was awesome from start to finish
The staff was professional, courteous and the installation of a Firehawk eagle on my firebird was absolutely beautiful.”
“Matthew and JU were extremely helpful and professional. I seem multiple people give them a hard time while I was there and they both were very respectful and helped every way they could while people were being difficult. I appreciate you guys.”
“This is the place to have copies made! They put my order together quickly, and exactly as ordered. The copies and foam board both look amazing and I was given a very fair price. I’ll definitely be back!”
“I’m writing this in the UPS parking lot after being helped by Asher today. I had to mail in important documents and get my passport picture taken and he was so helpful and went above and beyond a typical customer service. Thank you so much for all the help and hope you continue your great work!”
“I think this is the place that I called on that telephone on Wilma Rudolph here in Clarksville and if so a young lady by the name of Carol took care of me and helped me find where I needed to go if it's not the place on Wilma Rudolph it is the place on I forgot the name but it's off of Dunbar cave and they're a young lady by the name of Sadie waited on me they were getting ready to close they had just a few minutes I had a package there she and a few of the people in the back went and found it and they are the best just like Carol on Wilma Rudolph FedEx needs more people like them and I think they're all very much”
“The staff was absolutely amazing. I arrived and allowed me to grab my package right before closing. It was a bit difficult because the sender didn't put my actual name on the package but they were so kind and patient and helped me locate the package. I didn't catch the name of one of the ladies but she had a great sense of humor, especially after working a long day. This store has an amazing staff.”
“The store manager, Jessie and her teammate, Christian were AMAZING! My canvas order was not simple and Jessie worked her magic on the designing software and Christian did a great job on making my project. My son is decorating his first apartment and ask me if I could help decorate. He specifically ask if I could create a piece of art work with a quote on it. As always, I had to come up with a way. After realizing defeat, I turned to FedEx to see what they could do. And Jessie and Christian went above and beyond, creating the perfect canvas art work. It is my hope that their efforts are rewarded. Because of them, I will forever be their customer and will continue to spread the word about their exceptional service. FedEx is fortunate to have these two!”
