“The staff was absolutely amazing. I arrived and allowed me to grab my package right before closing. It was a bit difficult because the sender didn't put my actual name on the package but they were so kind and patient and helped me locate the package. I didn't catch the name of one of the ladies but she had a great sense of humor, especially after working a long day. This store has an amazing staff.”

“The store manager, Jessie and her teammate, Christian were AMAZING! My canvas order was not simple and Jessie worked her magic on the designing software and Christian did a great job on making my project. My son is decorating his first apartment and ask me if I could help decorate. He specifically ask if I could create a piece of art work with a quote on it. As always, I had to come up with a way. After realizing defeat, I turned to FedEx to see what they could do. And Jessie and Christian went above and beyond, creating the perfect canvas art work. It is my hope that their efforts are rewarded. Because of them, I will forever be their customer and will continue to spread the word about their exceptional service.
