“I visited this location on 3/30/23 to buy walking shoes. Danny greeted me and was happy to help. He took time to make specific recommendations, listing pros and cons of the brands I was interested in. He clearly knows the products and is familiar with the sales and promotions offered by the store. I was grateful for his help, and his customer service was excellent. His knowledge and professionalism are clearly management material.Champs offers a military discount of 10%, and a great selection to choose from. I happily spent my money here, and will continue to do so.”
“My favorite sporting shop. I now buy my jeans there. Levis sucks nowadays, and I found their house brand Magellan makes a great pair of jeans. They also have Wrangler jeans. They have ammo, pew pews, and everything you might want to build, repair, and maintain pew pews. They have lots of quality products for all sports, inside or out. I will sooner spend here than Bass not-so-pro shops. Cheers!”

“This place has a very friendly atmosphere when coming inside to shop for shoes. I was greeted coming through the door, but wasn't pestered by employees trying to upsell me on anything. I got to take my time and walk the store. The appearance was very neat and there was clear indication of what brands I was looking at. Definitely didn't get the big box store feel when coming in. When checking out there wasn't a wait and one of the employees jumped to a register to help get me taken care of. Definitely give this place a five.”
“It's just like all the other Journeys Kids, typical chain store. It's kept as clean and organized as the customers will allow, meaning they aren't throwing the papers in the shoe boxes all over and not leaving candy wrappers and empty soft drink cups laying around. The employees are friendly and very helpful, they stay busy”

“I have bought and sold items at this location and have no complaints about the service or merchandise. I drive almost an hour to get to the store and just wish their hours were listed correctly online so customers don’t have to wait idle in the parking lot due to incorrect information. I attempted to correct the store hours myself on Google but the edit was not accepted, surely the store owner/manager could have an employee keep their store hours current online, if not do it themself.”
