“I have went there several times they are fas, they also sell good tires at literally the best price in town had tires put on my 2014 Corolla for around $450 out the door brand new tires then had a set of brand new tires put on my 2022 ram set of 33 1250 18s for around $850 I believe. Exceptional prices and exceptional service they will have my business till the end.”

“I used A&R twice and in short, would recommend them for your automotive service & maintenance needs.
2018 F-150 3.5 EcoBoost with cam phaser rattle, misfire and timing codes (big job) & exhaust leak (resonator delete, small job) on my son’s 2004 Cadillac CTS.
Customer service was great for me both times. Jake, Chad and Christy(spelling?) were very personable, polite, communicated well and provided updates often. Labor price was a little high for the Ford job, but I prefer supporting local family-owned businesses when possible and it was worth it since I’m not physically able to do that kind of work anymore. With a job this big you can expect most mechanics to miss some things here and there (regardless who does it), but the test is what the company/mechanic does in response. I identified issues upon pickup, they listened to my concerns and vowed to make it right. Plus, they gave me a loaner vehicle each time I dropped the truck off to address new issues. I could have used my insurance company for a rental, but didn’t have to because A&R offered one, free/complimentary. This meant a lot since the Ford is my only vehicle. It allowed me to take care of my daily responsibilities without missing a beat. They even did some things I wanted done on the truck, but didn’t pay for because prices can add up quick. I appreciate that.
As for issues I had with my truck after pickup, It would be easy to point fingers and assign blame, but understanding the maintenance process, technology, training, human error, old parts going bad (breaking, tearing, etc. during the process) and newly installed OEM parts being defective right out of the box (this happens) can make a difference in how you view services you receive. This is true regardless who you choose to work on your vehicle. They replaced some parts free of charge, whether they were defective already, they broke them or condition was unknown, which showed their commitment to me as a customer. Ford would not have done this. They would have charged for every little thing, even if they broke it. In the end, you want your vehicle fixed and so does A&R. You want to get on with your life without having to worry about your vehicle anymore (short term) and A&R wants to continue providing a necessary service to our community by keeping us on the road and safe. Reputation means a lot to any family-owned business, which is why I feel they take customer service very seriously. Choosing a big name dealership may or may not be what’s best for you, but I feel they are so big and so powerful, individual customers are not as important to them as their Brand. There’s no doubt in my mind A&R places emphasis on training/feedback to mechanics, lessons learned, customer service and performing quality work. They strive to be better. As long as you, the customer, understand this and don’t have unreasonable expectations you will have a great experience if you choose A&R.
If you are hesitant about where to take your car, I highly encourage you to give A&R a chance. I’m confident they will do right by you. Support your local Family-Owned Businesses. Happy Thanksgiving!

“Had a GREAT experience at this location on 7/17/26. In the afternoon, I started my SUV to run an errand and it made a loud noise and was jerking— both only for a second. I thought, “what was that!?” But, no lights came on my dash, no further noises and ran fine. So, I went to run my errand. When about to head back home, I was sitting in my vehicle for a moment on my phone in a parking lot, and 2 women knocked on my window to tell me there was fluid leaking from my vehicle and looked like antifreeze. It was already 4:30PM, but I took my chances and drove right to this location, which was closest to where I was. It wasn’t terribly busy and they got me right in. Turns out, they found a large, dead squirrel that was killed when I had started my vehicle and my radiator was cracked and leaking. Even with it already being that late in the evening, they were able to get my new radiator in and everything flushed before closing time, that same day! The mechanic who worked on it and the man working up front (I didn’t catch their names) were both AWESOME. They were friendly, communicated updates and my vehicle was fixed so much sooner than I expected. Thanks to them for providing such great customer service!”
“I attempted to go to Walmart to purchase 4 new tires for my daughter’s 2023 Nissan Sentra SR. The lady I spoke with said they didn’t carry the OEM tire size I needed and basically directed me to their website along with a very nasty attitude. I left there and immediately went to Discount Tire. We arrived around 8:30 am. Lane greeted us upon entering and he told us he’d be with us shortly. A few minutes later he was helping us. I told him that I needed 4 new tires and I gave him the OEM tire size. He also told me that they didn’t have that size in stock. However, he offered alternate sizes that would also fit my daughter’s car. Walmart didn’t do this and as a result lost out on a sale of 4 new tires. Lane showed us two options that they had in stock and we made our selection. We paid and left the vehicle with them and headed to the gym. We received a text about 45 minutes later letting us know that our car was ready for pickup. This was all without an appointment and on a walk-in basis. I couldn’t be happier with the overall service we received. My daughter is back on the road with safe and reliable tires for her car.”

I needed a run flat tire and I called five other stores who all said that they could give me the tire the next morning so a full 24 hours later but the people at Raben found a tire that was a county over said it might take a couple hours to get to the shop but that was a huge help. “I love this Sam's club. The customer service is wonderful. It was pouring rain so the employee asked me if I would like him to watch my cart so I could go get my car without getting all of my stuff wet. Then he offered to help me transfer everything from my cart to my car. The store is right in the middle of the busy part of town, 20 minutes from where I live but it is well worth it for this kind of customer service. It is also very easy to shop. There are many registers open at a time so you never have to wait in long for too long. Returning items back to the store is also very simple and stress free. There is lots of parking so no problem there. Really have never had any problems with anything here at all. I highly recommend shopping here.”

“I pulled in to inquire about an alignment on my car, they said give them 30 mins to finish a job that they had currently going. I did wait and they got right to me and out without hassle of “we recommend “ blah blah. I was out in 30-40 mins. My vehicle runs straight as an arrow and steering wheel straight up too-which somehow doesn’t happen at tire stores where I used to get my alignments at.
Today I’ve brought my truck in and they immediately got to doing it when I inquired about appointment. He came in and said the camber and caster was off and it would be a little longer for adjustments. Just plain informative. Also a clean facility!”
