“Reasonable prices, less than other shops. Fast service. I was out in less than 30 minutes for a whole set. I would recommend. There is a $35 charge if you use a card instead of cash, so plan for that. Great business.”
“I highly recommend this tire shop. I live in Nashville and travel to Clarksville to get tires and rotations. They’re the best I trust them Victoria she never disappoints. Oh and I cannot leave out the guy that does the work. I don’t remember his name, but that Louisiana accent sticks out every time love it.

Upon driving home we noticed the low tire sensor on. We were confident that it was just a sensor being wonky due to the truck being jacked up.
When we checked the tires after getting home, we were shocked. Not a single tire had the same tire pressure and one of them was really low.
So, not a big deal, just surprising. I trusted that the tires would’ve been adequately inflated at install.”

“Had a GREAT experience at this location on 7/17/26. In the afternoon, I started my SUV to run an errand and it made a loud noise and was jerking— both only for a second. I thought, “what was that!?” But, no lights came on my dash, no further noises and ran fine. So, I went to run my errand. When about to head back home, I was sitting in my vehicle for a moment on my phone in a parking lot, and 2 women knocked on my window to tell me there was fluid leaking from my vehicle and looked like antifreeze. It was already 4:30PM, but I took my chances and drove right to this location, which was closest to where I was. It wasn’t terribly busy and they got me right in. Turns out, they found a large, dead squirrel that was killed when I had started my vehicle and my radiator was cracked and leaking. Even with it already being that late in the evening, they were able to get my new radiator in and everything flushed before closing time, that same day! The mechanic who worked on it and the man working up front (I didn’t catch their names) were both AWESOME. They were friendly, communicated updates and my vehicle was fixed so much sooner than I expected. Thanks to them for providing such great customer service!”
“I attempted to go to Walmart to purchase 4 new tires for my daughter’s 2023 Nissan Sentra SR. The lady I spoke with said they didn’t carry the OEM tire size I needed and basically directed me to their website along with a very nasty attitude. I left there and immediately went to Discount Tire. We arrived around 8:30 am. Lane greeted us upon entering and he told us he’d be with us shortly. A few minutes later he was helping us. I told him that I needed 4 new tires and I gave him the OEM tire size. He also told me that they didn’t have that size in stock. However, he offered alternate sizes that would also fit my daughter’s car. Walmart didn’t do this and as a result lost out on a sale of 4 new tires. Lane showed us two options that they had in stock and we made our selection. We paid and left the vehicle with them and headed to the gym. We received a text about 45 minutes later letting us know that our car was ready for pickup. This was all without an appointment and on a walk-in basis. I couldn’t be happier with the overall service we received. My daughter is back on the road with safe and reliable tires for her car.”

“I love this Sam's club. The customer service is wonderful. It was pouring rain so the employee asked me if I would like him to watch my cart so I could go get my car without getting all of my stuff wet. Then he offered to help me transfer everything from my cart to my car. The store is right in the middle of the busy part of town, 20 minutes from where I live but it is well worth it for this kind of customer service. It is also very easy to shop. There are many registers open at a time so you never have to wait in long for too long. Returning items back to the store is also very simple and stress free. There is lots of parking so no problem there. Really have never had any problems with anything here at all. I highly recommend shopping here.”
