24 Hour Self Storage - Hopewell is a secure and clean facility described as the "Fort Knox" of storage. The units and the facility as a whole are clean, with quite a few choices for unit size, including climate-controlled options inside the building or standard outside units. The facility offers added security with code entries and cameras, and provides a kiosk for convenience. There are multiple entrances for vehicles and RV or boat storage is available. The office staff and management receive consistent praise, described as wonderful, kind, understanding, thorough, professional, and courteous. They are quick to respond to voice or text messages and provide answers and solutions promptly. They are willing to help with flexible payment arrangements if notified in advance. Management is noted for reinforcing customer relations. Minor cons noted include a lack of a restroom and drink machine, only two small roller carts, and a fully automated process where issues may not receive immediate results. The admin and first monthly fee are also not advertised. The location is a few miles from the interstate.
Jamie was professional and courteous when she helped set up our parking spot. She even helped us on a Saturday and was prompt and answered our questions right away.

I love them. I've had to separate payments before, and as long as you let them know, you going to be late, they are MORE than willing to help. Just DON'T ever"avoid"... because that does not look good on your part.I been using them 6-9 months now
