“There are climate controlled units of various sizes at this location that are located inside of the building. All other units are behind a passcode protected fence also located at this location. The building is secured by a passcode as well as surveillance 24/7. This is a very important requirement in my opinion. The property is always clean. It's usually quick and simple to get into my unit whenever I need to. It's in a quiet area and not somewhere people seem to sit around or bother in onw way 9r another so I feel more comfortable and confident that my items are secure here rather than other high trafficked locations.”

“Amazing storage facility!! Always clean and easy to access no matter what time of the day or evening. Security cameras throughout the facility help to ensure that you are storing your valuables in a safe location. They even have flat bed carts and hand trucks available at each door to help with moving your items from your vehicle to your storage unit. Prices are very reasonable and the facility is climate controlled to keep your items from drastic changes in the temperatures. I can't say enough about Fort Knox, except that I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM?”

“Worst storage unit facility ever! Had to pay two deposits on two different occasions never got either deposit back! The young manager lady was in need of furniture and I had just purchased brand new furniture b4 I had to move out my apartment- so to keep from paying for a storage unit and the furniture I decided to sell it! We made arrangements and an agreement with her to pay me in payments well after her taking possession of the furniture I received 50$ that’s it she then told me she couldn’t afford I could come get it and later told me her dog ate it! Weeks ago around 4th of July she had another story saying she had put it in another storage unit off her property and she is mailing me a key and the storage information and of course I haven’t received anything and now she’s not returning my calls or text. And she refuses to give me my furniture back. I’ve been to the police department to report it stolen just sick of giving and giving time after time! I’m pressing charges at this point! I’d highly not recommend this storage facility”

“This place is an assortment of different warehouse but if you call the correct number as you pull in the lady would guide to the warehouse you need to be at they were very friendly people had a 8am appointment got there at 7am was out rite to a door and I loaded within 45mins I brought in peanuts no overnight parking there was a pilot truck stop like 10 miles away definitely would deliver here again”
“This three man crew was fantastic - Kyler, Trevor, and Jacob! They were professional, efficient, and polite. I moved from an apartment with 3 flights of stairs and I was amazed at how quick they got the job done handling every item with care. They had a positive attitude the entire time. When unloading at my new home, a few times they were ahead of me, and knew exactly where to best place large furniture items. Kyler, you were right, I moved the sofa after I got TV mounted on wall :-) Words cannot express my appreciation for these guys.I highly recommend Boundless & would definitely use them again if needed.”
