“Excellent breakfast! This place has the best breakfast in all of Cleveland and surrounding areas, in my humble opinion. A hidden gem! Food is always fresh and the bacon biscuit is so so good. I highly recommend this place if you haven't tried it. The place has a gas station but it's not gas station food as they serve real food there!
Every time I've been there before they open, there were always people waiting outside on the place to open so they can order breakfast. It's that good!”

“Very clean units, climate controlled, and secure. Staff is always pleasant. We like the experience so much, so we were excited when they opened another building on Dalton Pike - much closer to home. Would highly recommend.”
“Hwy 64 property is secure with key pad entry and 20ft+ gate entryway. 6ft chain link fence with barbed wire overhead. Surveillance cameras are located everywhere with multiple angles. Rodent prevention and bait stations seemed up to date. Tons of local cats hangout in the lot. I really like seeing that there is rodent patrol also, so big plus. All of the money business and documents were handled over the phone and email.”

“JR is a very nice and helpful man.
Unfortunately the carport company was absolutely awful, so we ended up not getting the carport installed due to multiple cancellations.
JR tried very hard to rectify the situation, but it just didn’t work out.
We just found out that JR now has a different company he is dealing with and we are hoping to get a carport installed by them.”

“I have been with 24 Self Storage for over a year. The office staff is wonderful. I've been provided with answers and solutions by the office staff/management, as quickly as anything came about. The manager is kind, understanding, thorough, quick to respond to your voice or text message, and will contact whoever to help if she can't resolve a problem or know the answer herself. The units and facility as a whole are clean. You have quite a few choices as to the size of the unit, whether inside the bldg with climate control or a little less expensive standard outside unit. Both are code entries, there are cameras for added security, and they provide a KIOS for convenience.
**only thing lacking is a restroom and drink machine**”

“Pleasant customer service. Good price. I wish access to unit was at least till 11pm in the summer. Winter it goes to only 7pm. It's hard to get close to the key pad sometimes so you have to get out or back up and try again. But it's clean and I feel safe.”

Due to an unexpected snowstorm, I urgently needed a storage unit late at night to protect my motorcycle. The gentleman who answered the phone (I believe he was the owner) was incredibly helpful and understanding. “Worst storage unit facility ever! Had to pay two deposits on two different occasions never got either deposit back! The young manager lady was in need of furniture and I had just purchased brand new furniture b4 I had to move out my apartment- so to keep from paying for a storage unit and the furniture I decided to sell it! We made arrangements and an agreement with her to pay me in payments well after her taking possession of the furniture I received 50$ that’s it she then told me she couldn’t afford I could come get it and later told me her dog ate it! Weeks ago around 4th of July she had another story saying she had put it in another storage unit off her property and she is mailing me a key and the storage information and of course I haven’t received anything and now she’s not returning my calls or text. And she refuses to give me my furniture back. I’ve been to the police department to report it stolen just sick of giving and giving time after time! I’m pressing charges at this point! I’d highly not recommend this storage facility”
