“Took my Chevy Silverado 1500 in to have sideboards put on and they quoted me a Great price for boards and install. Got there at my appointment they came out a while later and told me there was a problem. There were 2 different part numbers for my truck boards. They had to reorder the correct ones and had them there the next day and put on in 45 min. They kept Apologizing for the mix up. My truck looks AWESOME!!! Thank you guys”

I got a new battery right away as my old battery was under warranty, I was told that they were too busy to replace my battery, which I was fine with and I was informed that it wasn't part of their policy to change the batteries out, but as I was waiting for someone that I called to come and replace it Corey came out from inside and changed it for me! “Found the part I was needing on their website, but they are located over an hour and a half away. I called Ballard to make sure it was there. The gentleman that answered the phone informed me that he would call me back after he confirmed it was there with his own eyes. He called me 5 minutes later to tell me that they had the part and he had it ready for me. Very reasonable prices for the quality of the part that I purchased. If I ever need another used part, I would be willing to drive the hour and a half because of their service on my recent purchase.”
