“Let me tell you these guys are amazing at this store. We started off with Trace who helped us with internet and the possibility of getting phones. Then go in and get greeted by Dovi & David who did nothing BUT help us get the phones we wanted. David is the manager and they both went above and beyond for us while helping multiple customers. “Most helpful Verizon store I've ever been to. Every rep I've dealt with is patient and always willing to help. Elliot is fantastic. He helped my partner and I extensively when we had issues porting a number from a third party carrier. He spent hours on the phone with frustrating, less than competent reps to resolve the issue. Totally went above and beyond.
If you live local don't waste your time with 611 or speaking to reps on the phone.”
“Update... I call BS! If your a Metro PCS customer for over a decade, always pay your bill etc... and your Phone becomes old... no longer supported apps, dies. You have to buy a new phone. The lady that provided service was nice but as an employee could do nothing special for me.
Samsung A15 for $189. SUCK IT UP. Plus pay tax...activation fee...buy a charger.. no longer included...plus Gorilla glass...it adds up to $280. At Metro PCS store. But....
If you NEVER been a Metro PCS customer... no clue if you will pay the bill ..be a good customer. You currently can get a free phone... no activation fee. A $50. Gift card...or a new iPhone for only $99. SEE NEW CUSTOMER PROMOTIONS.
It's BS! Metro PCS punishes you for being a loyal long time customer when your phone becomes obsolete and fails by design.

“My 10 yr old dell computer was on its way out. It needed a new hard drive and also windows 11, problem solved with David at MacPC market. I dropped off my computer on Monday and got it back a few days later, all my data was saved and my computer is running faster. The price was super reasonable and far less than a new computer.
They've worked on my cell phone too, very personable and professional crew.
I recommend this store 100%”
