Was charged 75.00 to remove dog hair in the very back of the car. I didnt not know that dogs were not allowed in cars

The experience was quick, easy, and pleasant. Both the pick up and drop off took less than 15 minutes. Paige was wonderful. I especially like that they check the center console and glove box when you drop off the vehicle. If I ever have to rent a car again this will be my first stop.

They are nothing but crooks. I will never use them again. I was told when I got the car I could do everything over the phone just give them a call. Well they lied. I have to be in person to do anything. Working from 7am till 9 pm is kinda hard.I asked for a big suv and got a small jeep. I want get into how much money they took from me in a week. Different amounts everyday. That wasn't supposed to happen either. They don't even wait a 24 hrs period before taking money out. And I'll add that because me and my husband doesn't have the same last name he couldn't Handel anything with the car

I reserved a crossover, wasn’t available when we got there to pick it up so they gave us a minivan. It was fine but not what we wanted. Retuned the car as agreed and they charged me twice, once $440 then again for $761 claiming I never returned the car. We only had it 2 days, was suppose to be charged $347. Finally got it straightened out after they “found the keys” and credited my card. Needless to say I don’t think I’ll be renting another car from them anytime soon.

I recently used enterprise car rental service after a car accident. Paige in the Cleveland Tennessee office was my agent. She was very helpful ,friendly , she asked how I was doing ,she asked if I had any injuries. she showed compassiom. She rented me a Toyota Camry so that I would feel safe, because she said it was rated one of the safest cars. She went thoroughly through the car with me and made sure that all of the damage previously done to the Rental vehicle was made known to me. She pointed out all the features that I needed to know before driving off in the rental. I would recommend Enterprise in cleveland Tn. to anyone needing a rental. The entire staff were helpful to each customer. Fast and friendly.

It would have been a 5 due to the quick tat and great customer service. I had to give it a 3 due to smell of the car when I received it. It was still dripping wet when I did the inspection, and when I drove off, it reeked of cigarette smoke and bad body odor. I quickly went to bath and body works to get a strong car insent to eliminate the smell before my children got in the car.

I needed to rent a car while my car was being serviced. Savannah at Cleveland TN office was very kind she actually went above and beyond good customer service she was excellent. Also she was not there when I returned car but Josh helped me again excellent service these are the two of the kindest people. Please let them know how special they are.

Terrible customer service. They gave me the run around all day then cancelled my reservation and took another hour to get that straightened out. The females in there are on a power trip and rolled their eyes at multiple customers. The office also smells like cat urine.

This "business " is terrible." Terrible customer service experience. One of the little girls rolled her eyes at me and the manager just made excuses. Thet did not have the vehicle I was quoted and was over an hour late getting another vehicle ready. They charged me $150 more than quoted and would not correct.... super rude and did not seem to care about customers at all.
