“I went in for one item, asked a gentleman where it would be, he took me there. They did not have any on the shelf, he looked and it said there should be a case of that. He saw it on the very top shelf, went and got the ladder and got the case down opened it and gave me one and stocked the shelf with the rest.”
“Went to the competitive store first-terrible experience. Went here and it was the complete opposite . Cheryl in the garden center and two young gentlemen practically tripped over themselves to help. Got the mulch we needed, they loaded it on a cart, then loaded it in our truck and we couldn't have asked for better service.”
“I was having an issue getting help to load my mulch. I went to the front of the store to see if they would call someone to help me. The Customer Service Representative-Alex walked back over to the delivery zone for the bulk products by the Garden Center with me because he knew they had staff scheduled for that area. He couldn't find the staff that was suppose to be stationed there, so, he called/text them with his device. He didn't make me wait until they showed up. He began to load the mulch himself. I was disappointed that I didn't have the good experience that I had last time I had gotten mulch from Lowes. However, this employee made up for it by the way he handled the situation. I want him to know that he did an excellent job, and I will consider going back because of his customer service! Thank you Alex.”
