Honestly I’m really shocked at the employees of this store. I was walking down an aisle looking for something and the guy riding the sweeper comes up behind me and basically pushes me aside so he can sweep the floor. No “excuse me” and definitely no apology as he brushed past me. And other staff standing around seemed to see no issue. I would not go here if you want good customer service

This store will give you the worst customer service experience that you can imagine. I have ordered full appliance and lighting packages for two houses and the capability of this staff to order items and deliver them is nonexistent. They were unable to track my order or tell me when it will be delivered. They did take my money without an issue. I ordered in November 2024 and it is now January 2025 and the delivery is not complete. There was no extensive lead time given. There are multiple partial deliveries which are holding up the completion of my home. There is no excuse for this level of incompetence. It is apparent that no one cares about customer service and my complaints have fallen on deaf ears. There is no accountability or sense of responsibility.

Had some products that were damaged and since all lanes are self checkout they told me I had to go to the pro desk. Then I got hassled because I wasn't a pro member. They Just lost my business and will go across the street now to Home Depot

I bought a washer and dryer, $1289. I had problems with the washer the first two weeks, they said since I paid cash it was only a 48 hour warranty. It came with a year warranty and I paid for an extra two years, $169. WHAT!!!!

Its getting pretty bad when you can not go to your local Lowes and buy a New Washing Machine and haul it home , You have to pay $30 and wait for it to be delivered , Hoping that they will hurry up and bring it as some people work out of town . Cleveland TN Lowes

Military discount is much more difficult here than at their "orange" counterpart. Large store with most items that are needed. The plumbing parts department seemed disorganized with items intermixed and/or not properly sorted.

I've gotten tired of dragging 80lb bags of concrete off pallets while employees chatting with each other walk by not offering any help, actually trying to not make eye contact with me . So the i tried online ordering only to have 5+hour waits and finally giving up and going myself only to find a employee leaning against a broom talking. I'm finished with this store, I usually buy several thousands of items a month.
Did you copy and paste your response? You have no interest in improving anything or you would have at the very least asked questions.

Terrible experience with David the paint guy. We picked out 31.98 gallons of paint and he stuffed a card in our face with 4 choices of finish seemingly no extra charge but when it rang up up front it was 39.98 each. Not good business. We should have just put it back and let them eat it! As much business as we do with them .
