“A family member recommend The Town Squire to me when I was in town for a funeral. I stopped in and as warmly greeted by Larry. He showed me empathy and professionalism during my visit and in addition to being friendly - he is knowledgeable, a a trait sorely lacking in today’s retail environment. I purchased the shoes and belt I needed and a few other items that I found. The Town Squire offers some brands that I really like but rarely see in malls. Great service! I felt like I walked back in time to where friendly service is still the priority. Thank you.”

“Let me a start off with this if you need a dress make decked out your first stop. Rebecca and the other ladies are the kindest and sweetest people you could ever meet I am plus size so I when I started looking for dresses, I was nervous and I initially went in thinking I was not gonna find a dress that I was going to feel confident and beautiful in, but I was wrong. They made me feel confident and beautiful the whole entire time. They answered any of my questions and concerns. They gave me advice on things, and I mean they were just incredible like there’s no other words to describe it they are incredible. And the prices are amazing. I’m just gonna leave my review here, I’m only getting married once, but if I ever had to get another dress, it would be from Decked Out.”

“If you’ve been to the flagship store, you may be familiar with the high quality brands of clothing and accessories that are available at very reasonable prices. This clearance center does not skimp on quality and the prices rival any thrift store. I spotted a brand new Calvin Klein top and new looking Talbots, Ann Taylor and more for $4.99 each. You will find all seasons here. They have men’s and some children’s clothing, as well as formal and prom dresses. I noticed pricing is $4.99 for tops and purses, which just can’t be beat. The store is super clean, the staff very friendly, and plenty of front door parking. They have fitting rooms available too.”

“I would like to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Francis. Came in for a return from another store while we were home for Christmas and from the very beginning Francis was SO sweet and pleasant to deal with. He smiled the whole time. He had such wonderful manners. And it all seemed so genuine. Like I said, from the beginning to the end of the entire interaction. It’s extremely RARE to find someone like Francis. Old Navy, you all have an OUTSTANDING employee here. My fiancé and I left the store and were just in awe of him and we were talking about how we couldn’t believe how incredibly nice and friendly he was and just ready to help you out with whatever you needed. And honestly, that’s all it takes folks. One act of kindness. We were talking on our ride back home about how Francis was going places in life and if we just had more Francis’ around, the world would be a much better place. That’s truly the impact someone can make on a person by just simply being kind to them. He definitely uplifted our spirits and made us walk out of that store and remember him. My fiancé said “if I owned a business Francis is EXACTLY the type of person I would WANT, and PAY very well, to run my business.” Way to go Francis!”
