Do not buy a phone from here and try to go to another service provider they will refuse to unlock the phone and say you have not had it long enough but they don't tell you this when you buy the phone completely ridiculous. They require the phone to be active for 365 days as well as the phone being paid in full.

Every time I come to this location either no one is working or there's a note on the door saying be back in 15 minutes and I've been sitting here watching for 25 minutes and still no customer service I don't know who owns this location but if I did I would be hiring a whole new staff this place id ridiculous

Long time customer. Bought a new phone. Can't receive calls. So now I have to go back in the store to have them fix it. My stuff wasn't transferred to the new phone from the old. Oh but I have to wait till 10 Am before they open. Why is that? Why 10 Am? You all should open at least at 9 Am.
