“Pleasant customer service. Good price. I wish access to unit was at least till 11pm in the summer. Winter it goes to only 7pm. It's hard to get close to the key pad sometimes so you have to get out or back up and try again. But it's clean and I feel safe.”

“Chandler Properties at 20th Street Storage has been fantastic. I've been renting here for several years and it's easily the most affordable self storage I've found in Cleveland. The rates are some of the lowest around, especially for the size and convenience of the drive-up units. What really stands out is that it's a locally owned facility — the team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about keeping everything clean, secure, and well-maintained. Gated access and cameras make me feel safe leaving my things there. Highly recommend if you're looking for great value and a true local business!”

“Nora and Lee were both very helpful and a pleasure to work with! They quickly helped me get two climate-controlled units for a good price. They also have non-climate controlled units. So glad I found this place! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a storage company with safe, clean storage units backed by excellent customer service.”

“Another moving company ( Southeastern Moving)was a no show and didn’t call me or anything so I had to find someone else last minute to move us into our new home in Benton. He said he could move us the next day. They have all the equipment to move you with and they did a Great Job! I’m calling them later to move my pool table for me! Very smart guy. Won’t call anyone else now!”
