They had me come right over, immediately took the time to look at my Jeep, test drove it, and checked the torque on the tires. They found that everything was fine and kindly explained that the issue was likely from how my car was loaded down with gear. They even let me stay in their lot to rearrange everything safely—and they didn’t charge me a dime! I am forever grateful for their professionalism, honesty, and kindness. It’s rare to find a business that truly cares about people the way they do. If you’re ever in the area and need help, this is the place to go!”
