“Oh my goodness!! Most friendly, efficient, non-pushy oil change I’ve experienced. They started out giving us a bottle of water. They were super quick, and so friendly! They showed us our air filter vs the new one they put in. They showed us our dipstick to show that the oil level was full and clean. I cannot recommend enough! Will definitely be back!

“I was traveling solo through Cleveland, TN on a two-day drive when my Jeep started having serious issues. Every time I hit a bump, the car would shake violently until I slowed down to around 40 mph—it was scary and dangerous. I suspected something might have gone wrong during my last tire rotation. After asking ChatGPT for advice, it not only told me what to have checked but also recommended this shop based on their service and reviews. As a single female traveler, I’m always nervous about being taken advantage of in these situations—especially when you’re far from home and vulnerable. This shop was an absolute dream! They had me come right over, immediately took the time to look at my Jeep, test drove it, and checked the torque on the tires. They found that everything was fine and kindly explained that the issue was likely from how my car was loaded down with gear. They even let me stay in their lot to rearrange everything safely—and they didn’t charge me a dime! I am forever grateful for their professionalism, honesty, and kindness. It’s rare to find a business that truly cares about people the way they do. If you’re ever in the area and need help, this is the place to go!”
