“I had my oil changed at the Valvoline in Ooltewah, and Rob, Pressley, and Sophie were amazing! It was probably the quickest, most efficient oil change I’ve ever had. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciated that they didn’t pressure me into buying extra products or services. This is always my go-to spot for an oil change!”

“These guys are AMAZING! Kind, professional, and caring. We took our car somewhere else last time and apparently they put a temporary plug in without telling us. Well the plug leaked and drained all the oil out. Dakota immediately ordered a replacement plug and had it delivered while we waited to make sure we could leave safely. That is customer service! Never going anywhere else from now on!”

“Took care of me on very short notice when I had a tire defect. I called at 730am (everyone else opens at 8am) in the morning and they were able to take me in that same morning. Pricing was fair, not amazing, but what I would expect for the amount of work being done. I have already been back since, with another of my vehicles.”

They rebalanced my front tires and fixed a wheel sensor in about an hour. I'm very happy they took care of me. The guys there were friendly and eager to fix my truck. Thanks!”

“Very helpful and appreciated all the work they do. They had changed my flat tired damaged on my way to work. And did a very good job replacing the tire immediately. And did my car some oil changed also and the price of the tire that was replaced was not that very expensive so I would recommend them for have your tires and oil changed their. “I pulled up at the Walmart Auto Care Center at 2pm on Wednesday November 26th with battery trouble. I was greeted just outside of the garage by the most friendly gentleman I have ever had the good pleasure to meet. His name is Keith and he told me that he works as a float for the Auto Care Center. I could tell just by looking that they were really busy but still Keith took the time to talk to me and not once did I feel rushed. Keith addressed my needs and got me checked in within a moment or two. While waiting he came to me and gave me an update so that I would know what was going on. I cant stress enough how customer oriented Keith is. Walmart needs more employees like Keith. I dont know if you will ever see this rating Keith but 5 stars simply isn't enough you deserve so much more than that. I pray God blesses you and your family beyond your wildest dreams. Thanks Keith!!!”
