I’m really disappointed with the store! My child was walking to use the coloring table that they have in the back and manager named Jessica punched him in the face. I was so stunned to speak because A she punched my child but B she wasn’t wearing any pants. The next thing I knew another manager younger than the 60 year old manager Jessica then came out with a metal chair and finished my child off. I found out her name was Mary Cate. But thankfully this handsome manager named Matt came out and told them off for my son. He picked him up and gave him a ballon! Nicest man there!! I will never shop here again for the fact my son can never see metal chairs the sam. Thank you again Matt and congratulations on being the godfather of my son now!

I went in to pick up some pants they were holding since they did not have them in Hixson or at the Hamilton place Mall area. It was very nice and quick!

Nice collection of sales items on the trip. Yet overall the actually selection of clothes and sizes available was very limited.

I would like to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Francis. Came in for a return from another store while we were home for Christmas and from the very beginning Francis was SO sweet and pleasant to deal with. He smiled the whole time. He had such wonderful manners. And it all seemed so genuine. Like I said, from the beginning to the end of the entire interaction. It’s extremely RARE to find someone like Francis. Old Navy, you all have an OUTSTANDING employee here. My fiancé and I left the store and were just in awe of him and we were talking about how we couldn’t believe how incredibly nice and friendly he was and just ready to help you out with whatever you needed. And honestly, that’s all it takes folks. One act of kindness. We were talking on our ride back home about how Francis was going places in life and if we just had more Francis’ around, the world would be a much better place. That’s truly the impact someone can make on a person by just simply being kind to them. He definitely uplifted our spirits and made us walk out of that store and remember him. My fiancé said “if I owned a business Francis is EXACTLY the type of person I would WANT, and PAY very well, to run my business.” Way to go Francis!
