“ATTENTION MANAGEMENT! I left a review yesterday about an employee that I had a issue with and left a terrible review. I was the one who was wrong in that situation. I overreacted in that moment. I apologize and hope it doesn’t reflect bad on your business. It just seems in this day and age that customer service has gotten so bad. The frustration comes from prices of consumer goods. When you’re paying a premium price for goods you expect to be treated as that you’re somewhat important as the consumer.”
