They had items other stores were out of. The employees were great, order/pickup flawless. Plus as we were making sure we had everything, the employees came up with some great ideas. It is a very large store, clean, friendly employees, well stocked. It is worth being a rewards member too. Give them a try-you will not be disappointed.

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Samantha! She gave Charleigh my Golden Retriever the best grooming yesterday! Her nails and coat look perfect ! Thank you so much for taking your time and caring for our girl. She looks beautiful and she’s is prancing all over the place, you made her feel special and it’s the best work I’ve ever had done one her . Great job Samantha!!

Grooming Hours are incorrect. I drove 45 minutes from the country and they were closed. When I asked the front counter, she said grooming closes at 6, however the grooming hours says 9pm on Mondays and 7pm every other day.

The management needs to have better training for their staff. The staff needs to be more knowledgeable about their products, but very few are.

Great sales and friendly staff. They have a good selection of toys and treats for your dog and the staff is very willing to answer questions. My husband and I went here for their fourth of July sale and got several new toys for our new puppy. She was very pleased with all of them!

the curly headed girl me and my bf had encountered was rude when he opened a cricket black box. just an fyi, maybe have a note stating employees only, do not touch instead of being hateful about it lol

Bottom line, won't be bothering with this location anymore.. I don't think myself to be a demanding customer, just placed an online order & came in an hour later because I had gotten no up date on processing, and also had a 30 minute commute to this location. Arrived at the store to ask about my order & was instructed that I should have received a cancelation email, I hadn't yet. Inquired about a similar (live insect) option, was instructed by (I'm assuming??) the manager on duty to go over to the live insect area & the worker assigned there would help me. After 10 minutes of looking myself, a worker appeared, I attempted to ask a question, to which she ignored, shrugged & immediately disappeared back into the back of the store! Upon looking myself, all available -live- insect options were DEAD, so not very helpful at all in general.
