“The people working at The United States Post Office Cleveland , TN are dedicated to getting packages and mail to every customer every day! I had the opportunity to actually observe them processing and delivering. The general public has no idea what those folks deal with every single day in order to provide excellent service to everyone. In sweltering heat, freezing cold and torrential downpours they still come through for all of us. They each do their best to see that every customer gets the mail and packages to the addresses where they are supposed to go. With the high volume of pieces they process and deliver a few late deliveries would be the norm for any business. They care about every delivery. Try a little kindness toward your loyal servants folks... Try walking in their shoes a time or two. They make every effort, every day to get everyone their mail and packages in a timely manner. They appreciate your business!”
“Got my passport there recently. They were super helpful and friendly! I researched and found you could walk in on Thursday mornings and it must have taken less than 20 minutes, photo and all. By the way the photo was actually fantastic, I would go here before Walgreens any day for a photo! I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times to do your passport there!”

“Miss Lisa is by far the most kind, patient and knowledgeable window clerk at ANY Post Office I have ever visited. This location is rarely too busy. Parking is a thing, but who couldn’t use a nice walk? Would much rather visit this location than any other in Cleveland.”
