Even when she is busy and understaffed and even we people are giving her a hard time about the carriers not attempting to deliver packages. She can't make them deliver, it would make her job a lot easier if they did. At least when I do have to go out of my way to go to the post office, because the carriers don't want to do their jobs, I always have a good experience there. I never worry if the line is long, because she does her job very well and always with a smile. Thank you, and give her a raise, or at least some help.”
