Miss Lisa is by far the most kind, patient and knowledgeable window clerk at ANY Post Office I have ever visited. This location is rarely too busy. Parking is a thing, but who couldn’t use a nice walk? Would much rather visit this location than any other in Cleveland.

I didn’t even know that post offices existed where the employees seem happy and are kind and extra helpful. Both times I’ve been in here two separate employees have gone out of there where to help me and provide extraordinary service. So thankful to have such a wonderful post office nearby!

The customer service is always kind and helpful, no matter how busy she can be at times. We need more employees like her.
