“As soon as I walked into the store, I found a beautiful pair of sandals. However, I couldn't find a size 11 among the many pairs available. I asked Noal, who worked at the store, if they had that particular shoe in size 11. He kindly checked his system and saw that there was one pair available.
Noal then searched the back of the store but couldn't find them. Instead of simply saying no and moving on, he took the initiative to look through the sandals one by one to locate the size 11. By the grace of God, thanks to his persistence and dedication to providing excellent customer service, he found the shoes I was looking for.
