Clearly, there is a reason so many people nationwide are leaving Spectrum. Whether you pay the highest or lowest plan you will get an internet connection comparable to a tech support scammer in Uganda. When you complain, they will send a semi-qualified technician who fixes the issue for about a day, and the issues seem to worsen afterward.I've used both Spectrum and AT&T, and after moving I gave Spectrum one final ride and it is safe to say Spectrum is way worse. Over the past 10 years, I've had to call over about 20 different technicians over connectivity issues in my past residencies. None were needed for AT&T. Ironically, Spectrum says they have "fast, high-speed internet," but the only thing that is traveling fast is my fist through my computer monitor after my WiFi goes out for the sixth time today.

Good mobile ,TV,and internet service but somehow I get attacked threw the cable wires and wifi DOS Attacks makes device as not in service great support technicians

Emily at Spectrum once again took care of my needs. Made an appointment (very easy) . Seen promptly. Phone upgraded and information transferred from old to new phone.Emily made this so easy and I will continue to use Spectrum and I appreciate her excellent treatment.

Service is always interrupted for long periods of time.. We loose channels quite often. One cable box and internet for $240 a month. A person would like to think that Spectrum would appreciate their customers and offer rebate are cheaper prices, especially after going weeks without ESPN

I tried to lower bill but to leave my channels was still costing a fortune so I had to cut cable off. They wouldn't help work out a way for me to keep some channels.Then dude at the store collecting my relievers and remotes was rude to us old folks.

I have been on the phone for over an hour trying to cancel my cable tv. Totally ridiculous that they try so hard to keep you from cancelling. I am keeping my internet so it’s not like I’m closing the account.

Hate it, cashier was very rude wn I returned equipment, was told I coul turn in 2 out of 3 equipment which didn't make any sense, had 2 go back a week later after I had already moved, prices are outrageous, I recommend Dish, lv it & u get so much more channels for almost 200.00 cheaper!

I cannot say enough great things about Katelyn Lavoie. I had to switch out equipment, and she provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.... She was very nice, knowledgeable, and eager to assist me. She definitely is a wonderful representative of Spectrum.

Quick service and good offers. If you had a phone mailed to you but was not the one you wanted, you can come here within 14 days to exchange or change. I wish I had known it was that easy, so now you know!

Visited the store to obtain a replacement modem and wireless router as mine was several years old and giving me some trouble. In and out in under 20 minutes. Found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. The unboxing and set up went well at home following a quick 5 minute call to customer service for assistance with something I misunderstood. Best experience I've ever had with Spectrum. Good job Spectrum team!

The most incompetent and unprofessional customer service ever. From home installation to phone line customer service. Never have I experienced such a consistent level poor service across to board as I have with these folks, and I am a brand new customer. If you have another option, I would advise choosing it. Save yourself the hassle, stress and wasted time!

We were greeted immediately when we walked into the store. Peter was amazing to us and helped us decide what phone we wanted to get and even switched over all of my husband's apps and personal preferences to his new phone! He answered EVERY single question we had and answered HONESTLY and didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear. Our young kids were with us and being a handful and they were all helpful and understanding. We will continue to come back and see peter for all of our spectrum needs!
