Good mobile ,TV,and internet service but somehow I get attacked threw the cable wires and wifi DOS Attacks makes device as not in service great support technicians

Emily at Spectrum once again took care of my needs. Made an appointment (very easy) . Seen promptly. Phone upgraded and information transferred from old to new phone.Emily made this so easy and I will continue to use Spectrum and I appreciate her excellent treatment.

Service is always interrupted for long periods of time.. We loose channels quite often. One cable box and internet for $240 a month. A person would like to think that Spectrum would appreciate their customers and offer rebate are cheaper prices, especially after going weeks without ESPN
