“Capital Tire is amazing! I have used them multiple times now are they are always kind, honest, communicative, and very fair in pricing. I have only good things to say about them.”
“I told them I had a tire leak and one of the big stores could not find it. They took the tire off in the parking lot and found the leak within 2 minutes, got me a patch, and I was out in less than 20 minutes. Phenomenal”
“Justin and his staff are amazing they care about every single person that walks in that door and they treat your vehicle like they would be their on vehicle. I highly recommend coming here. I live in Ooltewah and I bring my car here because I know they will do a great job and give me a great price at the same time”
“AWESOME MECHANIC!! Great guys. They did a pre-purchase inspection for me and were honest about what needed to be done vs. not. Gave great advice and did it on time. I would highly recommend them!”
“He did not go back and forth trying to get more money out of me. Plus he was 200.00 cheaper than some I called. It was ready within a hour. My mom will be getting her tires there next.”
“First time going here. They honored a coupon I had let expire which was great. I really felt good about my visit there. They were even willing to install wiper blades I had purchased at no charge that I was unable to install myself. The wipers were not right for my vehicle so I bought wipers from them which they installed. I will go back”
“I have used Barry's many times over the years. He has always been very fair and honest. I would recommend him to anyone. Next time you need some work done, stop in and talk to Barry.”
“Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, expert service. Changed the order over the phone, by calling back twice, and they didn't blink, hesitate, or make me feel bad about the changes; I thought I was unintentionally being a pita, but they sure didn't act like I was; that blew me away. Extra props for Evan, specifically!”
“David and his team checked out my truck for some potential brake issues on short notice and got me back on the road after explaining that everything looked good regarding my brakes. When I asked how much it would be for their service, David graciously declined to accept anything. I would highly recommend using this business if you are in need of someone you can trust to service your vehicle.”
“This guy was a life saver. I had a flat on Easter Sunday. I called him and he said he would stay open until I got there. He was super fast changing my tire and the price was great too. I will definitely go here again.”
“Straight forward, done quickly, good work.
Easy to work with and understands vehicles well.
Price for tire balancing is okay.”
“These guys have been working on my car for years. I won’t go anywhere else from now on.
I received an oil flyer discount in the mail to a garage just south of them. This garage said I needed a new oil pan gasket because it was leaking. They also said the control arm bushings on my vehicle are separating, which is a safety concern that requires your immediate attention.
I took it to Cleveland Tire and they checked it out. The mechanic was a real strong Christian man which I loved. He said there’s no oil leak and nothing is wrong with the front end of the car.
So if you are reading this, be careful who you trust your car with. I’ll be a lifelong supporter and customer to Cleveland Tire. People you can trust!”
“Our tire nearly came off (one lug nut holding it in place). We didn't know him, he didn't know us. But we happened to pull in behind his business and he came and helped us out. Thank you Marvin. You were so nice and didnt think twice about turning us down! I recommend going here for sure! Marvin, again. Thank you!”
“I couldn't have found a better mechanic to fix my car and did it quickly. Very fair priced and kept me in the loop. Thanks again, my buisness will defenitely be with you.”
“Great shop, thank you for doing a alignment on my toyota after I changed the control arms and the steering was so far off. If you need a alignment I highly recommend this shop.”
“Matt & his team does such an amazing job & always takes excellent care of us & our vehicles! From making sure my minivan is in excellent condition for our daily trips to bringing my husband’s truck dreams to reality with new tires & wheels! We appreciate them so much! 10/10”
“This place is great, they have great prices and their service is super wonderful. They are great people and do their best to help all they can. I love the energy they all have, like most places I go to I feel uncomfortable and anxious when im there but this place is completely different, they make you feel welcome. I appreciate all they have done for me.”

“They installed leveling kit on my 2021 Tundra a few months ago and I was hearing a slight popping noise when I was backing up, Cody got me in right away and did a complimentary check and got it taken care of. They are very honest and trustworthy, thanks Cody.”
