“Just pulled in to have them check my tire. The mechanic extracted a nail (with the skill of a dentist, but less expensive) and plugged the leak. 10 minutes later, I’m back on the road. Cudos to these guys. And as an added bonus, The Man Himself, Steve Ray, handed me a sample of the awesome brisket he was preparing. Unbelievable! I’m a fan.”

“Super helpful. Clay went out of his way to get me back on the road after having trailer issues. I blew a tire on the interstate about halfway through a 6.5 hour trip and had to get towed in, and he was the only one in the area with tires in stock. Even though it was late, he stayed to make sure I was taken care of and got back on the road safely. Really appreciate the effort he put in, made a stressful situation a lot easier. Can’t recommend this place enough!!”

“Amazing place. I wasn’t shopping for truck tires, but I got a flat tire in the area and these folks helped me out like guardian angels. They took the flat tire off and put my spare on and we’re just so nice and got me out of a crisis situation. Didn’t catch their names, but from the manager and the guys who did the work amazing so I would imagine getting truck tires here is equally great. Thank you so much to all of you.”

“I had a problem with my wheel air nozzle losing air. They found a solution right away and even told me that one of my other air nozzles wasn’t the right one. They tell you the truth and are very knowledgeable about their craft. They won’t try to sell you anything if you don’t need it or want it, but definitely recommended. They could possibly even cut you a deal if your nice to them.”

7726 Middle Valley Rd, Hixson TN 37343
“I’ve really enjoyed the way Michelins handle on my BMW and decided to replace them with the same tire. Middle Valley Tire stocked them quickly for me. The installation was efficient and the staff was courteous. I thought the quoted price seemed reasonable but when I checked the invoice from my original tires, I realized I actually paid a bit less for the same tire than what I paid a few years ago. Also, there were no tagged on fees for installation which was a big savings. This is an old fashioned, locally owned company and you are not going to experience a luxury waiting area with a big screen tv, but that didn’t matter to me. I wanted a good tire at a fair price and that is exactly what I got. I do recommend.”

“Had brake issues and it fortunately was covered under warranty due to manufacturer defect. They always do an inspection while there and found my motor mounts were bad. They sent a video and then Bryson Bowman came out and explained what it meant to me. With it being late on a Friday and was gonna take 9 hours they provided me with a loaner car. He knew I had a mom with Alzheimer’s so wanted to make sure I could get to her. I must also say every employee I have encountered there has been wonderful.”

“I sold tires for about five years work for two different companies did great just was surrounded about around bad people. Now I’ve gotten a junk removal and construction business. Still needing my cars serviced and tires on my trucks and trailers. I’ll start doing business with Fix a flat on Lee Highway. I’ll tell you what Tyler and his crew does phenomenal work. Perfect example today I’m leaving my home hit something on the interstate and it cuts my trailer tire real bad I rushed straight to his shop. They immediately they find my size tire and go ahead and replace both for me under 20 minutes at a great deal I’m in and out back on the road still able to make my appointment and get the job done for today. Even had time enough to have a short conversation with Tyler these guys are great. Coming from a guy has been a tire industry for years. This is definitely top of my list. I go to ,they have great prices and offer financing as well. Take it from Manny got deals. I’ve been in the tire game for a while. This is the place to shop.”

“These guys are AMAZING! Kind, professional, and caring. We took our car somewhere else last time and apparently they put a temporary plug in without telling us. Well the plug leaked and drained all the oil out. Dakota immediately ordered a replacement plug and had it delivered while we waited to make sure we could leave safely. That is customer service! Never going anywhere else from now on!”

“Took care of me on very short notice when I had a tire defect. I called at 730am (everyone else opens at 8am) in the morning and they were able to take me in that same morning. Pricing was fair, not amazing, but what I would expect for the amount of work being done. I have already been back since, with another of my vehicles.”

“Highly recommend this company. They are honest and pricing is reasonable. They have helped us out numerous times. They let you know what is wrong and give you the best options. We use them for all our automotive work - maintenance and repair, and of course, for tires. Their prices have been the best when we shopped around. Give them 5 stars and would give higher if there were more stars.”
