“Flat tire on a Sunday evening. Went online to schedule the repair for Monday - got 8:00am. Dropped the vehicle off and repair was completed in a couple hours. Service and staff were great! Would definitely use again!”
“Super helpful. Clay went out of his way to get me back on the road after having trailer issues. I blew a tire on the interstate about halfway through a 6.5 hour trip and had to get towed in, and he was the only one in the area with tires in stock. Even though it was late, he stayed to make sure I was taken care of and got back on the road safely. Really appreciate the effort he put in, made a stressful situation a lot easier. Can’t recommend this place enough!!”

“Had brake issues and it fortunately was covered under warranty due to manufacturer defect. They always do an inspection while there and found my motor mounts were bad. They sent a video and then Bryson Bowman came out and explained what it meant to me. With it being late on a Friday and was gonna take 9 hours they provided me with a loaner car. He knew I had a mom with Alzheimer’s so wanted to make sure I could get to her. I must also say every employee I have encountered there has been wonderful.”
“My tire light came on right before their exit and in a panic i called ahead hoping that they would still be open to get it some air into the flat tire. I honestly thought I was going to have to wait until Monday to get it repaired. Then Caesar went out of his way to repair my tire even though they were closed. It was extremely helpful and I truly appreciate it.”

“I sold tires for about five years work for two different companies did great just was surrounded about around bad people. Now I’ve gotten a junk removal and construction business. Still needing my cars serviced and tires on my trucks and trailers. I’ll start doing business with Fix a flat on Lee Highway. I’ll tell you what Tyler and his crew does phenomenal work. Perfect example today I’m leaving my home hit something on the interstate and it cuts my trailer tire real bad I rushed straight to his shop. They immediately they find my size tire and go ahead and replace both for me under 20 minutes at a great deal I’m in and out back on the road still able to make my appointment and get the job done for today. Even had time enough to have a short conversation with Tyler these guys are great. Coming from a guy has been a tire industry for years. This is definitely top of my list. I go to ,they have great prices and offer financing as well. Take it from Manny got deals. I’ve been in the tire game for a while. This is the place to shop.”

“I’ve really enjoyed the way Michelins handle on my BMW and decided to replace them with the same tire. Middle Valley Tire stocked them quickly for me. The installation was efficient and the staff was courteous.
I thought the quoted price seemed reasonable but when I checked the invoice from my original tires, I realized I actually paid a bit less for the same tire than what I paid a few years ago. Also, there were no tagged on fees for installation which was a big savings.
This is an old fashioned, locally owned company and you are not going to experience a luxury waiting area with a big screen tv, but that didn’t matter to me. I wanted a good tire at a fair price and that is exactly what I got. I do recommend.”

“Great service, 5 stars throughout! I had a flat tire that I needed fixed ASAP. I walked in and without hesitation I was greeted with the utmost respect and they were happy to make sure my car got fixed the same day even though it was late in the afternoon!!! Jeff and Chad did awesome (they are the only names I remember), they all did great!!! NGT is a family-owned small business which is definitely an A-Plus to me! “These guys are AMAZING! Kind, professional, and caring. We took our car somewhere else last time and apparently they put a temporary plug in without telling us. Well the plug leaked and drained all the oil out. Dakota immediately ordered a replacement plug and had it delivered while we waited to make sure we could leave safely. That is customer service! “Just pulled in to have them check my tire. The mechanic extracted a nail (with the skill of a dentist, but less expensive) and plugged the leak. 10 minutes later, I’m back on the road. Cudos to these guys. And as an added bonus, The Man Himself, Steve Ray, handed me a sample of the awesome brisket he was preparing. Unbelievable! I’m a fan.”
