“I had two large & heavy Snap-on tool boxes to offload from a Penske truck and get into my garage.
I called Titan Towing and spoke to Amy who arranged for the immediate dispatching of Brian in his Peterbilt flatbed.
Brian’s experience in handling tool boxes showed, as he took every precaution and utilized fail-safe methods to ensure a safe transfer from my Penske rental truck onto his flatbed rig, then into my garage.

“While traveling back to Georgia from Tennessee, my starter had went out on my truck when I stopped to gas up. Called AAA, but since it was a Sunday evening, they couldn't find a services provider until the next morning. When they did, they referred me to Norris towing and Joe was the technician that came out to assist. He was over 45 minutes earlier than the scheduled time of arrival. Joe was very polite, professional, and curious ( a true gentleman). He got me hooked up and towed me to a garage to get my car fix (Hoss Automotive). “Again , these guys have come to the aid of my son and daughter in law. They are wonderful and honest. I'm across country and am grateful I found them. AAA left my daughter in law sitting in the hot sun for 5 hours to where she was taken to the ER from the heat. Before she left in the ambulance she called them. They were there in less then 30 minutes to get my son and the car. This is the second time they have gone above and beyond to help the kids. I recommend them to everyone.”

“My insurance company sent Yates Towing to help with my flat tire. Michael called to let me know he was on his way and confirm my location. He thought I needed a tow but when I explained it was just one flat tire - a much smaller and less expensive gig - he was still pleasant and upbeat as he got some final details. When he showed up a few minutes later he was as kind and friendly in person as he was on the phone. He quickly took care of not just removing the tire but examining it and circling the area with a wax pencil where a screw had punctured it. He then gave me quite a few tips on safely driving with a donut. A very professional and positive experience

“I have not used them for towing.I have watched them hook up and tow boats. It was handled with care. The owner Bobby takes pride in his work and is very fair. Should I need towing I would call them. Afterall "HOOKIN' AIN'T EASY" he makes it look that way.”
