Towing near Old Fort, TN

“On September 3rd I was in a head-on collision
Some careless drivers decided to pull out into oncoming traffic
Needless to say he hit the back of a motorcycle and I t boned him
It was awful the impact the airbags went off
I had excruciating pain in my hands from the force of the impact
I've never been in a head-on collision and it was very traumatizing
The police got a toe and they used North and South towing
The gentleman who told us I think his name was Justin he was excellent I tell you I really like that guy
He made an executive decision and he checked with the local state police to ensure that we got a tow to a place that was closed and we could actually hang out until we found a rental car
I had two dogs with me and one is very old so we needed a cool place to stay
He assured me that North and South towing had a little area
It was a trucker's lounge and he said he would give us the code so we would have access and we could stay there until we got the rental vehicle. He was fantastic
The young lady who also took some of my information at the towing place was very nice.
The only unfortunate thing is they charged me over $450 for the call and then $210 for a local tow
in that sense I feel like I was very very taken advantage of because I do have AAA and I know most towing does not cost that much I've had several vehicles toe so I really felt like I was taking advantage of with the exorbitant high price. It came to well over $600.
The sad thing is people will say that insurance will pay for it but good luck with that that guy who was at 100% fault
Is insurance company which is ROOT is already dragging their feet
AND PROBABLY WILL TRY TO WEASEL OUT OF
Trying to justly
Compensate me
Are not just my van but the destruction of my home
And the pain and suffering I had to go through with the crash and hurting my hands and my wrist
Going to be a long haul but I would first asked what the prices before they told you”

“Mr .Thompson was called too come and help me on the interstate with a flat tire and running hot vehicle. Not only was he on time he was VERY professional and respectful. And he had many recommendations for me to get my vehicle serviced for running hot that was reasonable and for me just passing through Cleveland TN and not familiar with the town he took the time to get me to a nearby hotel that was not ran down but a very reasonable price. Thompson towing is #1 in this town for sure he deserves more than a review on Google.”
