“Had my 2017 Nissan Frontier towed tonight (09/20/26) to have some warranty work done. A young man named Jeremy came with a quick snatch truck. He was very professional and communicated with me from the moment he received the assignment till it was finished. He also answered all my questions. I would definitely use North and South Towing again!”

“Joe with Norris was awesome! He arrived so quickly I was not even back to my car yet (I had to go to a class so I couldn’t wait until someone got there). He found my car and waited until I made it across campus with my keys and delivered my car to have my tire repaired ASAP.”

“Just witnessed this man drive very effectively around other vehicles, in the middle of rush hour in north olmsted. And actively avoided an accident with a women who was driving erratically behind him. He hopped out his tow truck and moved the disabled vehicle off to the side of the road. All while directing the owners of the vehicle what to safely do. ?? Before the light changed. Top tier manuverability. Top tier communication. And ninja skill / speed. I know who im calling if my car breaks down!”

“My insurance company sent Yates Towing to help with my flat tire. Michael called to let me know he was on his way and confirm my location. He thought I needed a tow but when I explained it was just one flat tire - a much smaller and less expensive gig - he was still pleasant and upbeat as he got some final details. When he showed up a few minutes later he was as kind and friendly in person as he was on the phone. He quickly took care of not just removing the tire but examining it and circling the area with a wax pencil where a screw had punctured it. He then gave me quite a few tips on safely driving with a donut. A very professional and positive experience from start to finish. Thanks again Michael!!”

“I have not used them for towing.I have watched them hook up and tow boats. It was handled with care. The owner Bobby takes pride in his work and is very fair. Should I need towing I would call them. Afterall "HOOKIN' AIN'T EASY" he makes it look that way.”
