“While traveling back to Georgia from Tennessee, my starter had went out on my truck when I stopped to gas up. Called AAA, but since it was a Sunday evening, they couldn't find a services provider until the next morning. When they did, they referred me to Norris towing and Joe was the technician that came out to assist. He was over 45 minutes earlier than the scheduled time of arrival. Joe was very polite, professional, and curious ( a true gentleman). He got me hooked up and towed me to a garage to get my car fix (Hoss Automotive). “Just witnessed this man drive very effectively around other vehicles, in the middle of rush hour in north olmsted. And actively avoided an accident with a women who was driving erratically behind him. He hopped out his tow truck and moved the disabled vehicle off to the side of the road. All while directing the owners of the vehicle what to safely do. ?? Before the light changed. Top tier manuverability. Top tier communication. And ninja skill / speed.

“My insurance company sent Yates Towing to help with my flat tire. Michael called to let me know he was on his way and confirm my location. He thought I needed a tow but when I explained it was just one flat tire - a much smaller and less expensive gig - he was still pleasant and upbeat as he got some final details. When he showed up a few minutes later he was as kind and friendly in person as he was on the phone. He quickly took care of not just removing the tire but examining it and circling the area with a wax pencil where a screw had punctured it. He then gave me quite a few tips on safely driving with a donut. A very professional and positive experience
