She is open to trying new things, I am a breeder of Sphynx, I do come up with a lot of questions and things I have heard of on breeding sites, and she is open-minded about anything !!

“Update for the review I submitted previously- my disappointment with Bradley Veterinarian Hospital (BVH), has changed to impressed, appreciative, and relieved. The concern expressed by Dr. Lee Bancroft, after a less than satisfactory experience, demonstrates his dedication to the families that he serves. Impressed because of the persistence in determination to reach out to our family to make sure that Josie was getting better and to apologize. Appreciative because he didn’t have to care or reach out at all, but he does care and did reach out to us. Relieved because, as stated in the original post, BVH has always taken good care of Josie, and I did not want to try to find a new vet, when after several hours of research, my first choice had been BVH initially. Thank you, Dr. Bancroft. You are genuine in the work you do and that is not a skill you learn, that is a character you build through positive actions throughout life. We are thankful for BVH and look forward to seeing you at our next visit.”

“Great experience all around. Everyone we dealt with was friendly. Just a quick visit for 2 new kittens to get a checkup and their first set of shots so nothing major but I was satisfied with the care we did receive. And they were competitive (much better actually) with pricing as far as others we called prior to scheduling. From calling to ask questions and scheduling through the actual exams and care and then checking out, everyone was kind and patient.”
“Dr. Lane and his staff are very kind and compassionate. They genuinely care about your furbaby. My vet didnt take walk ins on saturday and this hospital did. He explains things to where you can understand. My baby was put to sleep 19 days after he diagnosed him with cancer. The experience was pleasant even though it was sad. I will be taking my other dog there from now on even though it's a little ways away.”
“This is the best vet! They are loving, kind people. They are reasonably priced and they actually care about the pets that come in.
My little Jax had to have his eye popped back onto the socket and they did a great job petting him and taking care of him so he wouldn’t be traumatized by the experience.
He came out to me the next day tail wagging and happy even though I know he was hurting. I would recommend them very highly. They are all wonderful people!”

He takes the time to explain lameness findings, treatment options, and recommended changes, while being thoughtful and realistic about diagnostics and costs. Drs Bain (GSDs) and Casey (Yorkie) are amazing and will go out of the way to accommodate pet nuances. The support staff is amazing and the entire operation is dialed in.”
