“We had car trouble on our way from Indiana to Pigeon Forge for vacation and had to call Rusty Wallace Chevy to help us diagnose the problem. Not only did they get us in for a diagnosis immediately, they told us the vehicle was safe to keep driving, ordered the part we needed, and fixed the car on our way home from vacation. Most dealerships in the area were backed up 3 weeks but they took care of us. The staff at Rusty Wallace were so friendly, accommodating, and provided great service with professionalism. “My family was driving through Clinton Tennessee. On our way home when our large, heavy duty trailer tires blew out on the right side. We were three hours from home on a Saturday night with very few options. Walmart did not have the trailer size tire in stock but Michael was so helpful.
Despite being very busy, Michael helped us and moved the tires around so we could get home safely 3 hours away.
