“Took my 2015 Q70L 5.6 liter in for service, new brakes and 2 new tires and had a loaner car. Communication was outstanding from Marcus and although it took a couple of days with ordering the tires, I got to enjoy a new 26’ QX60 Autograph as my loaner. Reviewing the service needed, approving, paying and pickup was seamless. Thank you Harper Infinity and Marcus, another wonderful experience!”

“I had to have my vehicle repaired after my teenager got into a bit of an accident. All the people at Caliber, from reception to service advisor, were a pleasure to interact with. The work was done quite well (vehicle looks as good as when we bought it new) and it was done when they said it would be. This is my second experience with this Caliber, and though I hope I won’t need to use them again, I’ll be sure and go to them in the future if/when the need arises. “I brought my 2025 ram 1500 in to the service department because of a slight transmission shutter I was experiencing. My Service Advisor Travis was careful with taking notes and quickly handled my appointment. It was discovered there was a TCM and a PCM update on the transmission and those updates were done and the problem was corrected. The wait time was minimal. I was greeted promptly, and my problem was solved. That’s all I could possibly ask for. I appreciate Travis and the service team for the great service and the genuine concern for my issues.”

“Came for a 2nd estimate, after an estimate with the car dealership. Was provided a fair estimate by Drake and he ordered the needed parts. Upon delivery, we scheduled the repair.
During the repair, the front desk staff was exceptional. They greeted me, coordinated with service, and even offered beverages.
The repair was completed quickly and for much less than quoted.

“Great company. Went above and beyond what was required. I went to the Jeep invasion back in the summer and got a t shirt from them. It was the last one in that size as most everything was sold out by the time I got to their booth and they just gave it to me. I had a friend with me and he wanted one too but was out of his size. I thought I would order him one once they were back in stock to surprise him and I seen another one I liked for myself also. Well it ended up taking several weeks before I had heard anything but had really forgotten about it up until I got refunded for the complete purchase price of the shirts since it was an extended waiting period as they weren’t in stock yet. Which I completely understand and I would have been completely fine with that as it wasn’t a necessary item. Fast forward a few weeks/ month and I receive a package in the mail of both shirts I ordered and they still refunded me on the purchase price! Great stand up business and that shows they have integrity and stand behind their name. They have my future business for sure.”

“The repair situation started out stressful. I went into it knowing that it takes time to get your car back from the body shop. GEICO made it so stressful because I had to fight them tooth and nail to keep the rental car- but Peter had my back every step of the way. The car left Mr. Cool’s looking SO good.
