“I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at the Collision Center. Everyone is really nice and helpful and you feel like you are family when you walk in. They go above and beyond in everything they do. I brought my car in through an insurance claim and the final product after their repairs looked amazing. What was even more impressive is how they detailed the inside of my car!! I was shocked, it smelled so good and was the cleanest I’ve seen it in a long time. When I was leaving, someone flagged me down and let me know one of my brake lights was out (not related to the repairs I had done). I turned around and asked if they had the break light I needed and they spent time looking for the exact bulb and when they didn’t have it, they went up the street to a store to get the bulb needed to get me on my way. When I asked how much to pay them for taking care of that for me, they said it was on the house!! If you need car repairs from a collision, look no further!!”

“We felt no pressure to buy from Tyrell, our salesman at Harper who sold us our 2017 Crosstrek Premium. The entire process was smooth and easy. We have looked at half a dozen dealerships across the Tennessee Valley, and most are pushy and terrible. Some didn’t even have the car advertised even if the ad came out late Sunday night and we arrived early Monday, leaving us feeling bait and switched. Tyrell directed straight to the fair we inquired about, and didn’t try to push us into a nicer newer model at a more expensive cost. We appreciated this! When the time comes to upgrade, we will head right back to Knoxville, to Tyrell, and to Harper Maserati. Thanks for making us feel at home!”
