“I had just had my oil changed in Maryville at a Valvoline Quick Stop. As I was driving north all my lights came on for low oil pressure, etc. I pulled into the Advanced Auto Parts and asked for help. Two gentlemen came out to help me. Matt checked my oil level which was just barely on the dip stick. I bought 4 quarts of oil from him and he filled my car with 2.5 quarts. He listened to my engine for a ticking sound which would indicate damage. Matt went above and beyond his duties and thankfully I met him! I am not ever going back to Valvoline and I am super appreciative for Advance Auto Parts in Clinton and especially Matt!!”

“I normally dread going in to an auto parts store. Every time I go in to Advanced or Autozone, they make it seem like such a burden to give any semblance of assistance.At this location, the staff doesn’t seem bothered by assisting or guiding! Everyone from the workers to the manager are exemplary.I’ll probably be visiting more often since I feel encouraged to get things done on my car. My limited knowledge doesn’t make me feel unwelcome here!”

“We had car trouble on our way from Indiana to Pigeon Forge for vacation and had to call Rusty Wallace Chevy to help us diagnose the problem. Not only did they get us in for a diagnosis immediately, they told us the vehicle was safe to keep driving, ordered the part we needed, and fixed the car on our way home from vacation. Most dealerships in the area were backed up 3 weeks but they took care of us. The staff at Rusty Wallace were so friendly, accommodating, and provided great service with professionalism.
