They were able to get to me faster than the 2 locksmiths I called and was waiting for a callback for information. And, I don't know what the locksmiths would have charged, because neither one called me back, but I'm sure John's Tire was cheaper. Certainly faster.”

“I want to give this place 10 stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?⭐️They went above and beyond in helping me in a tight jam.I was driving on I465S in Indianapolis when I hit a pothole and shredded my tire. All I could do is throw the donut on and continue on to Tennessee.I called several dealerships and no one had my tire. I also called several tire shops and nothing. Making it worse is that my car is AWD so I had to replace all four.Steven went on a search and found me a set. He was very sympathetic to my crazy situation and understood that I live in Chicago so I HAD to have these tires.Within a couple of hours my new tires were in shop and being installed.The technician was efficient and neat. He did a good job placing my donut back in and even vacuumed my cargo area to rid it of the pieces of tire shrapnel.The facility is neat and very clean.Everyone here is professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Steve and GT tires.”

Every employee there takes pride in their job, The manager, Perry and David are perfectionists- in this day and age they are few and far between.The ladies that are in the front office - Carolee for one- were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable with insurance issues. .The whole front end of my car was damaged due to an accident involving a deer. When I got my car back- it was as good as new. The detail work was impeccable. They stand behind their work, extremely accommodating, and they go above and beyond in every aspect from dealing with the insurance agent to completion of the job. “We had car trouble on our way from Indiana to Pigeon Forge for vacation and had to call Rusty Wallace Chevy to help us diagnose the problem. Not only did they get us in for a diagnosis immediately, they told us the vehicle was safe to keep driving, ordered the part we needed, and fixed the car on our way home from vacation. Most dealerships in the area were backed up 3 weeks but they took care of us. The staff at Rusty Wallace were so friendly, accommodating, and provided great service with professionalism. I'm glad they were place we called!”
