I just had my truck serviced with new tires and breaks and when I told JP and the young lady at the desk I was leaving for a road trip in two days they got the parts and service done the next day and with a smile and a lot of info for me. “I had to get some paint work done on my car this week after a minor accident, and I’m REALLY glad I chose this place. The entire experience was professional. The person who helped me (possibly the owner) was very respectful, clearly very experienced, and super knowledgeable. My car is metallic black with a hint of dark blue, and I was a bit nervous at first because the other paint shop in Knoxville (which my insurance suggested) didn’t even understand the color. But he instantly recognized it, and they matched the paint perfectly! My car is a 2024 hybrid with a bunch of sensors, and he clearly knew what he was doing when it came to newer hybrid models. So if you’re worried because your car is newer or a hybrid, don’t be.
The work was done quickly, and the quality of the repair was excellent. This is an honest local business that I 100% recommend to anyone needing paint work.”

“Service is excellent & they listened to my concerns. Highly recommend Rusty Wallace Chevrolet for their service and professionalism. GM however, not happy with them at all. They have yet to share with any service department how to address the issues with my truck. I have made several phone calls & emails to GM for help & yet to receive any. I now make payments on a lemon. Will never purchase another GM product!”
“Been here 3 times in the past year. Two patched tires and a used tire due to flats. Did a great job. I am definitely coming here when I have to get 4 new tires.
It does take a while but they are busy so it’s understandable. Most of the time they have people at the door waiting as soon as they open. I personally think that’s a sign that they’re doing something right. There are a lot of tire shops in Clinton that one seems to be the most popular.”

“My family was driving through Clinton Tennessee. On our way home when our large, heavy duty trailer tires blew out on the right side. We were three hours from home on a Saturday night with very few options. Walmart did not have the trailer size tire in stock but Michael was so helpful.
Despite being very busy, Michael helped us and moved the tires around so we could get home safely 3 hours away.
