“We bought our daughters first car from here, and we had it about a month when vermin decided to chew through some of the wiring harness underneath the car. We initially had it towed to Rusty Wallace Nissan( DO NOT GO THERE) in Knoxville to have it looked at. They wanted to replace the ENTIRE wiring harness instead of repairing the small amount of damage done, and then charge us $4000 to do so. However, I called Taylor, the Asst GM at Oak Ridge Nissan, and she said to have the car towed to them, and they'd give it another look over. Tim was our service representative, and he told me that the entire harness DID NOT need replaced, and they could fix it for a fraction of the price that the other guys wanted us to pay! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Oak Ridge Nissan, Taylor, and Tim for your integrity, care for the customer, and assistance during this crazy situation! Y'all are wonderful, and you have earned a lifetime customer!”
“I made an appointment to get my oil changed here. Young lady at the desk was very courteous. They recommended some (2) filters which were overly priced. They said it was $120 for them. I bought them at Walmart for $20 each and my husband installed them. I asked to see my filters but was shown a picture of one.”

They quickly diagnosed the problems and provided a quick and reasonable actual price for the repairs! Once I approved the repairs, they did not play around! They were able to provide the repairs very quickly! I went to pick up my vehicle and they all in the office was very welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend!”

“This body shop came highly recommended. There are some closer, but for me, Sexton was well worth the drive. Mr. Christmas gave me an estimate in less that 10 minutes after looking at my car. Once I scheduled the work, I was told it would take +/- 1 week. Car was not only done in 1 week flat, but the total was the exact same amount, to the penny, that the estimate was written for.
Upon picking up my car, I was very well satisfied. Work is immaculate, and you cannot tell where the car was bumped up. In addition, the fine folks at Sexton even washed and waxed the exterior and detailed the interior.
Very well satisfied, and I will certainly be recommending Sexton Collision to anybody that needs a body shop. Fingers crossed I will not need their services again, but should I, I will not hesitate in taking it in to them.”

“This place was great with service. They went out of their way to help me with the low tire level pressure in my tire by putting in the air I to the vehicle to help with the tire issue I was having. It fixes the problem and gets me on my way with no issues. I will highly recommend them to anyone.”

“I had a blowout on my FJ Cruiser. Tire was shredded. Was stuck on the side of the road without a lot of options at the time. Walked about a half mile down to Sexton Automotive, met Mike and Toot. These guys not only helped; they loaded up their truck with repair tools, drove me down to my FJ Cruiser, took off the tire, brought it back to the repair shop, patched it up, drove back to my car, put it on, and gave me a super deal on a set of new tires. This is the best customer service I have received, not exaggerating, in my life. Thanks Mike, Toot, and Sexton Automotive of OakRidge. If I could give you guys 10 stars I would.”

“The customer svc sent a tow truck asking the driver see if he could start my car. After signal tracing the driver agreed with me it was the starter. Got a quote and the new mgr came out and advised there could be more damage. I wasn't happy that they were pushing the idea there would be more damage. That is something I had never heard from the old crew at Countryside before. Made me a little uneasy. All other techs but the manager were pleasant and helpful.
The starter fixed the problem though the cost was $554. + $55(towing)

“Fantastic experience from start to finish! I called All Star today without an appointment and asked if they could fit me in. They told me to come on in, and I was able to get my driver’s and passenger’s side windows tinted the same day.
I arrived at 11:20 AM and was back on the road by 11:58 AM. These guys were fast, thorough, and did a fantastic job. They gave me the information I needed, explained the differences, and let me choose what was right for me without trying to pressure me into spending more money.
