“I decided to come here for an oil change after seeing the dealership was charging double. I used a coupon and left with the price we discussed up front. There was a $3 charge for old oil disposal that wasn’t mentioned, but that was negligible and it didn’t feel like they were being deceptive. They were very friendly, thorough, and transparent. I was able to drop my car off and pick it back up in less than an hour. Me and my family will definitely do business with them again.”

“We have had nothing but superior service and workmanship from Car Fix behind the Donut Palace. My husband had some major repair to a head gasket on his F-150 and I had work done on my steering control arms on my Chevy Traverse. They provided pictures of the issues they were fixing so we could attempt to understand the problems. Both repairs were done quickly. We were given loaner cars to use and our vehicles now run and operate great! They even checked in with us afterwards to make sure everything was to our satisfaction! We will take our vehicles nowhere else!”

“Wonderful experience here. I'm currently making this post on A Saturday. I originally called on a Monday for a 3 hour job and was told that the next appointment wasn't until the next week on Tuesday. But due to hard work I was able to get in two days later on Thursday to get my car back on the road. I would've still been waiting 3 more days to make money so that's awesome. And the mechanic was very informative on future work I need to get done and with his advice and helping my gear shift which was not included in the job I was able to drive my car back 380 miles home with a near blown transmission. Five star for sure.”

“I drive a 2015 Honda Civic. I had a flat tire after going to another tire place to get my tires checked out only a week prior. They checked my tires and said they were good. They were not. I did not drive on rocks or any other bad roads. I had no nails in my tire. I had to get 3 new tires and a new axle and a few other things. I was very skeptical because of prior experience and it was very expensive to fix my car as I needed more work. David and Travis are very good at what they do. “Mortl, Robert D. [US]I discovered a nail in my rear tire Saturday afternoon at 4:40 PM and went to Firestone and arrived at 4:50 PM. I knew the shop closed at 6:00 PM and hoped they could work me in before closing. Travis assured me they would get the tire replaced before they closed. Travis listened closely to my situation and promised the work would be completed. It is important to note that I drive 75 miles at night delivering the local newspapers and getting this work done within the hour gave me peace of mind that I would not have a flat in the overnight hours. I would like to compliment Travis on his excellent Customer Service and the Firestone Team for quick, quality service. There are several choices for new tires and service in Oak Ridge, but I will speak highly of the quality service at Firestone to everyone I meet.
